"All I can say about the property is that it was clean. The owner did repair the loose toilet seat, replace the dead smoke alarm battery, and bring more crockery fairly quickly after I complained. But the listing description was woefully inaccurate and certainly didn't mention the patched and mended state of most rooms. This is not a 10* 'excellent' property. Far from it. If it had been accurately listed (and priced accordingly) then that's fair enough, but I was expecting a much higher standard...

"It took us half an hour to find it no 1 Prospect Road is half way down the road and our sat nav kept taking us to no 61 (who are apparently the family if the owner) abd told us they didn't know where the property was. You don't get duvet and white sheets but what you see in the photos which is a shame as the bed is comfortable. On the whole it wasn't a bad stay and the owner is very friendly and helpful"

"Wir waren eine Woche mit der Familie im Haus (5 Personen).Es war in Ordnung, aber man sieht, dass am Haus und insbesondere im Garten in der letzten Zeit wenig bis nichts gemacht wurde.Garten und Wintergarten haben wir deshalb auch nicht genutzt, nutzen können.In der Küche gab es Deckel für Töpfe, aber die passenden Töpfe nicht.Das Besteck war ein Sammelsurium von Einzelstücken, so dass wir für 20 Pfund ein neues gekauft und auch dort gelassen haben.Man kann dort eine Woche verbringen, keine...

"Bueno todo bien excepto que me pidieron un $100 libras de depósito por consumo y no me lo regresaron me dijeron que cuando entregara la habitación me lo reembolsan, pero no he tenido el reembolso. También pague 3 días con desayuno buffet. Y no me hicieron válido el último día de la estancia."

"La habitación ejecutiva tiene detalles muy bonitos como batas de baño y pantuflas, la cama es un sueño y la sábana súper suaves, cápsulas y máquina de nespresso de cortesía, habitación amplia, ducha muy cómoda. La terraza se agradeces por las tardes después de un largo día de caminata. Súper recomendable!"

"I checked in two nights ago and the kind front desk lady was very welcoming and explained everything perfectly. I asked for a high floor and they truly did their best to accommodate me. The cleanliness was 10/10, the room was reaaally well equipped, quite spacious and the bed was really comfy. This was my first time visiting London and I couldn’t have had a more welcoming stay. Special thanks to the gentleman that helped me get my LCO and also recommended to the breakfast. It was outstanding! I’ll 100% be back very soon."
