"The hotel looks somewhat old, but overall it appears to be in “good” condition. Unfortunately, our experience was very concerning. There were apparently bedbugs or some type of insects in the first room, because my mother developed welts all over her body. The staff moved us to another room, but that room had ants and spiders. We had to be moved a third time before we finally got a room that was decent. I would also like to mention that today we had to take my mother to the hospital because the welts spread much more and still have not gone away. I’m honestly surprised to see this kind of situation in a hotel in Laguna Hills. I hope the hotel takes this issue seriously and improves their pest control."
