"I stayed at KOA Townhouse during my last trip to Niseko, and it was an amazing experience. The house is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the photos on the website. The place was spotless, and the accommodations were very comfortable. The WhatsApp customer service was extremely responsive, and the host was incredibly helpful—offering to pick me up between the townhouse and the Hirafu Welcome Center, as well as assisting with moving my luggage up and down the stairs and to the car....

"Loved staying at Milky house, would definitely stay again. It's a 10-minute walk to the Annupuri Gondola, had a cute little bar on-site for great apres drinks and a food cart that was there each evening. In addition the dinners and breakfast served at Milky were amazing! The staff were so kind and accommodating. "

"It was off peak season. So the place was relatively quiet and not many other guests around.
Service staffs at the reception and restaurants were helpful and courteous even though they didn't speak much English.
Our traditional Japanese room was clean and beautiful. Yukata was provided in room and could be worn around the hotel. We opened the window for better ventilation as cool temperature was refreshing. The only gripe was that the window does not have grille, which can be a little dangerous...
