MODERN AMENITIES:
The apartment includes a washing machine, a dining table, a sofa bed, and a living area. Other amenities include a tea and coffee maker, a bidet, a hair dryer, a coffee machine, an oven, and a TV.

PRIME LOCATION:
Located 15 minutes from Bari Central Train Station and 500 meters from the Orthodox Church of St. Nicholas. Nearby attractions include the Petruzzelli Theater (3.2 km) and Bari Cathedral (4 km). Bari Karol Wojtyla Airport is 11 km away.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The Carrassi neighborhood is one of Bari’s most popular residential areas, ideal for those who want to experience the city in a quiet and authentic setting. Well-connected to the historic center,
the waterfront, and the Central Station, it allows you to easily reach the main attractions by public transportation or on foot.

In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, and all the essential services you need for a comfortable and worry-free stay.
The neighborhood features wide, tree-lined avenues, green spaces, and a typical Bari atmosphere—perfect for those who want to explore the city away from the most crowded areas.

Thanks to its strategic location, Carrassi is an excellent starting point for visiting Bari Vecchia, the waterfront, the city’s beaches, and the main resorts along the Apulian coast.

Inside the property, you’ll find a welcome kit that includes towels, bed linens, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, coffee, and toilet paper.
By law, we are not authorized to offer any extra services (e.g., food and beverages), so any items not included in the welcome kit must be purchased separately.

OTHER THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND
The maximum number of guests that can be accommodated at the property is 3, including children and/or infants.

Once you’ve booked, you’ll be required to complete the mandatory and secure online check-in through our VIKEY system.
There will be two steps:
Step 1: Upload documents and verify the identity of the primary guest by providing a front and back photo of their ID and a selfie holding the ID.
Step 2: Pay the tourist tax.

FEES
The property will charge you the following fees. Surcharges may include applicable taxes:
- The municipality charges a tourist tax: 2.00 EUR per person, per night, for up to 4 nights.
Children under 14 are exempt.
