Charming Tuscan Cottage with Totally Private Pool & Beautiful Views!

  • Una cabaña rústica de piedra independiente de 2 dormitorios restaurada con amor y una casa de castaños de 1 cama separada (juntas y ambas incluidas en el precio), ambas con techos y pisos con vigas originales, situadas en las colinas con vistas a la hermosa ciudad medieval de Barga.
    Solo a 10 min. conduzca más o menos desde la ciudad, pero muy tranquilamente situado en alrededor de 6 hectáreas de tierras agrícolas privadas / bosque en lo alto de las colinas.

    Las vistas desde las casas / área de patio extenso y la tierra son impresionantes. Comer al aire libre bajo la glorieta es un verdadero placer: las luces de la ciudad brindan un telón de fondo romántico y, debido a la altitud, ¡es posible tocar las estrellas!

    También se puede cocinar al aire libre, con un área de cocina al aire libre recién preparada con horno, barbacoa y área de preparación de alimentos.

    En los campos de arriba, está la piscina de estilo infinito (5M x10M más escalones romanos). Aquí hay una zona para tomar el sol, y también una pérgola cubierta que también proporciona sombra. Es difícil querer salir de este hermoso y cuidado jardín ...

    Las casas rústicas están decoradas en estilo tradicional, están bien equipadas y han sido preparadas con amor.

    Una ubicación perfecta 'remota, pero central', e ideal para grupos de dos parejas que requieren privacidad entre sí, pero con mucho espacio para cenar y socializar juntos.

    Realmente hay una sensación de pura paz en esta casa, ¡y es el lugar perfecto para relajarse por completo y disfrutar de los placeres del paisaje y la tranquilidad!

    Hay 3 gatos residentes en el sitio, no se permiten en la casa. También hay cabras en un campo muy por encima del área de la piscina.

    La propiedad tiene un ambiente realmente romántico y se completa con una cama con dosel.
    En la planta baja hay una sala de estar con grandes ventanales y una puerta arqueada que da al patio, separada de la cocina / comedor por una chimenea circular que se encuentra en el centro de la habitación y, por lo tanto, calienta toda la casa.
    La cocina cuenta con horno, vitrocerámica, frigorífico, lavadora ... sala de estar con chimenea, reproductor de DVD.
    Subiendo la escalera de caracol hay una encantadora habitación romántica con dosel, con dosel y puertas colocadas frente a la cama, para aprovechar las maravillosas vistas.
    También hay un cuarto de baño moderno de buen tamaño.

    NÓTESE BIEN:
    No apto para ancianos o enfermos debido a la empinada subida a la piscina. Los niños pequeños necesitarán supervisión debido a la naturaleza en terrazas de los terrenos y subir a la piscina.

    We had high expectations, but the place exceeded them! The views of the valley, the animals, the landscape, the pool and the history of the charming old houses are some of the highlights, and of course Marco and the host Simonetta. It was fun to drive the winding mountain roads to the house (we tested most in the area also). The property is well maintained and simply magical. Some things are starting to get a little worn, but that doesn't ruin the experience. We will definitely be back if we get the chance!

    De naam van de internetverbinding terplaatse zegt het helemaal, 'Il paradiso'. Simonetta en Marco hebben op deze heuvel boven Barga inderdaad een paradijsje gemaakt. Wij (7 volwassenen) voelden ons er onmiddellijk thuis. Het ligt inderdaad een beetje afgelegen maar op een dik kwartier ben je in Barga en een gigantische supermarkt vind je nog 5 minuten verder. Voor de rest niets dan lof over de accommodatie, het zwembad, de pizza-oven (je kan ze lekker zelf bakken), het fantastische uitzicht, de uitleg van Simonetta (in het Engels) en die van Marco (in het Italiaans), de onverwachte attenties,... kortom wij hebben genoten zoals je dat alleen in Italië kan. Dank u voor alles en alles het lukt komen we zeker nog eens terug.

    A really lovely place to stay. Lots of room, incredible vista from the seating area just outside the house and from the pool. The pool is cool even in hot weather. The owners are very helpful and made our stay easy. We would definitely go again.

    Vi havde en fantastisk uge i dette hus. Vi var afsted med vores to drenge på 18 og 20 samt deres kærester.Vi hyggede os dagen lang ved poolen, som jo bare er fuldstændig fantastisk, og om aftenen blev der hygget og spillet ved det fantastiske udeområde lige ude foran hovedhuset.Man er helt ugeneret og bare helt sig selv.Vores værter var meget søde og imødekommende og kom to gange med lækre specialiteter fra området.Det eneste vi ville ønske var anderledes, var at der i begge soveværelser i hovedhuset var dobbeltsenge. I det ene soveværelse var der (som vi godt viste) to enkeltsenge, men den ene var der ingen bund i, så i stedet var der indsat en gæsteseng der knirkede og knagede så meget at det var umuligt at sove. Vi valgte at ligge madrasserne på gulvet i stedet for. Men det ville have været helt perfekt hvis der havde været en dobbeltseng.Barga er en meget hyggelig lille by, som helt klart er et besøg værd. Da vi besøgte den, var der byfest hvor forskellige lokale foreninger serverede mad og drikke. Det var en meget autentisk oplevelse, specielt fordi der var mange lokale og ikke ret mange turister.Vi takker mange gange for et dejligt ophold.

    Fabulous Tuscan mountain property

    Fabulous place to stay for a peaceful time in beautiful Tuscany. The pool area was amazing and the views stunning. The eating area was lovely also with fabulous views. The properties were well equipped and the tortoises and donkeys were a hit. Barga is just down the road and is delightful with lots of bars and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will miss the peace and tranquility - thank you to our host Simonetta.

    Unforgettable Stay

    Our group of 3 adults, 2 children, and a dog had a wonderful holiday at this property. The stunning mountain views impressed us every day, and the large, well-kept infinity pool was a true highlight.The property offers a small house for 2, a larger one for 5, and a charming Tea-House. All are cozy, perfectly suited to the number of guests, and fully equipped with bathrooms and kitchens. The Tea-House is perfect for relaxing.A turtle enclosure and a friendly trio of donkeys made the stay even more special for the kids. The spacious grounds have many lovely seating spots to enjoy the views.Cooking facilities were excellent, with everything provided – the 300-year-old pizza oven made for unforgettable evenings.Most memorable was the warm hospitality of the owners, who made us feel like visiting friends. The place was spotless, well-maintained, mosquito-free, and perfect for our group. A car is essential, but the peace and seclusion are worth it.

    Sehr schönes Anwesen in den Bergen über Barga! Perfekt zum abschalten und Sonne genießen. Anfahrt schwierig, da es einfach schlecht zu finden ist ob Navi oder der Beschreibung des Reise Anbieters. Da könnte sicher mit einfachen Hilfsmitteln das Problem gelöst werden. Sauberkeit leider 3 von 5 Sternen. Vermieterin ist immer mal vor Ort, Blumen gießen, Garten Arbeit.

    Rustic

    The property for our needs was a little too isolated, a car is a necessity and you need to Make sure you have all groceries etc with you to avoid the dive down the very steep mountain . The accommodation is very rustic and unfortunately extremely hot making sleeping very uncomfortable, no fans or air conditioning. Keeping the windows open was not an option as there were so many hornets about at the time of our visit . However the beautiful outdoor pool and Garden area are amazing and my grandson loved feeding the donkeys and turtles. If you are seeking peace and quiet and isolation this is definitely the place for you .

    Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in einem traumhaften Ferienhaus

    Unsere Gruppe aus 3Erwachsenen,2Kindern und Hund verbrachte einen fantastischen Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft. Die Lage mit dem atemberaubenden Bergblick begeisterte uns täglich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der große, gepflegte Infinity-Pool mit spektakulären Ausblicken. Die Unterkunft besteht aus einem kleinen Haus für 2 Personen, einem größeren für 5 Personen & einem charmanten Tea-House. Jedes Gebäude ist perfekt für die Anzahl der Gäste & strahlt eine gemütliche Atmosphäre aus. Trotz der kompakteren Größe sind sie voll ausgestattet mit Bädern & gut ausgestatteten Küchen. Das Tea-House bietet einen zusätzlich Raum zum Entspannen. Auf dem Gelände gibt es ein Tiergehege mit Schildkröten, das besonders unsere Kinder begeisterte. Eine dreiköpfige Eseltruppe zieht freundlich durch die Umgebung – ein liebenswerter Anblick, der unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer machte. Das großzügige Gelände ist mit idyllischen Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet, um die Aussicht zu genießen oder sich zu erholen. Die Kochmöglichkeiten waren hervorragend und es war alles vorhanden. Der 300Jahre alten Pizza-Ofen sorgte für unvergessliche Abendessen. Ein herausragendes Highlight war die unglaubliche Freundlichkeit der Eigentümer, die uns das Gefühl gaben, bei Freunden zu Gast zu sein. Die Unterkunft war ideal für uns, mit viel Platz&exzellenter Pflege. Auch die Sauberkeit war top. Die Höhenlage hielt uns mückenfrei. Auto ist nötig, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, aber die Abgeschiedenheit&Ruhe waren es wert.

    Traumhaft

    Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Es gibt jedoch ein paar Dinge die doch erwähnt werden sollten.Es ist auch Nachts sehr heiß in dem Haus (wir haben die Fensterläden den ganzen Tag über geschlossen gehabt). Sobald man diese Nachts auf macht (was nur komplett ohne Schlitze zu empfehlen ist), hört man die halbe Nacht aus der Ferne Hunde bellen (kann der Eigentümer nichts dafür). Weiter auf machen bei den Fensterläden nicht ratsam, da es keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern gibt, und es vor Fliegen nur so wimmelt. Ich habe am ersten Tag ca 10 Fliegen erschlagen im Haus. Sobald man die Türe der Küche aufmacht um auf die traumhafte Terrasse zu gelangen, kommen schon beim öffnen Fliegen rein. Dies könnte komplett verhindert werden mit Fliegenschutztüren. Die Eigentümerrin hat uns diverse Sprays gegeben, die aber leider nutzlos waren gegen die Fliegen. Der Pool ist traumhaft, jedoch recht kühl (länger als einige Minuten kann man da leider nicht drin bleiben). Am Pool liegen, prinzipiell traumhaft, aber auch dort wimmelt es von Fliegen, die einen nicht so richtig entspannen lassen. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist sehr sehr eng und ich denke mit einem größeren SUV kommt man vermutlich nicht durchs tor...war mit unserem relativ kleinen Auto schon recht eng. Der Aufenthalt wäre perfekt, wenn es die Fliegen nicht gäbe (soviele habe ich noch nirgends erlebt, nicht mal aufm Bauernhof). Die Esel sind total nett zum anschauen und auch die Schildkröten. Das Grundstück ist sehr sehr gepflegt.

    Wunderschöne Aussicht

    Der Pool und die Aussichten sind noch schöner als auf den Bildern und entschädigen für die steile und enge etwas längere Anfahrt sowie das zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommene Haus . Es ist eben das letzte Haus am Berg, was ja auch den Reiz ausmacht, Ruhe pur außer bellenden Hunden von den benachbarten Bergen. Bei Problemen helfen die Besitzer schnell und freundlich, wir wurden sogar mit eigenem Honig und tollem Gebäck verwöhnt. Die Garfagnana ist sehr schön und Barga eine unserer Lieblingsstädte geworden, Lucca ebenso und die Abenteuercanyons lohnen sich auch .

    Paradise in der Toskana

    Wir waren mit 5 Leuten und 3 Hunden vor Ort. Die Besitzer sind total lieb und hilfsbereit. Der Waldweg bis zum Gelände ist etwas holprig aber dort angekommen vergisst man alles drum herum. Wir wollen wieder kommen 😍

    Lovely place with dreamy views

    The place was just as good as we hoped. Lovely outsides and an amazing view over the Apuan Alps and the valley below. Great pool area. 30-40 minutes to beautiful hikes in the mountains and only roughly 1 hour to the ocean and beaches. The host is also very hospitable and helpful. We arrived very late (23.00) due to flight delays so we was unable to buy breakfast because all stores were closed at that time. In the morning we found, on the table outside, that Marko had brought us a plate of pastry and tea. It really saved our first morning! We can absolutely recommend staying at this lovely place.

    Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist genau richtig! Tolles altes Haus mit super schönem Pool!

    Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Kindern (9, 14, 16) Ende August 2021 für eine Woche in diesem tollen Objekt. Die Aussicht und der Pool ca. 10 x 5 Meter sind super! Die Hausbesitzer kümmern sich sehr liebevoll um Ihre Gäste und das Anwesen. Jeden Tag wird der Pool gereinigt und die Blumen werden regelmäßig gegossen - nur durch diese besondere Pflege erhält dieses alte Anwesen seinen besonderen Charm und die gemütliche Atmosphäre. Für uns war der Pizzaofen eine rießige Bereicherung, denn die selbstgemachten Pizzen und die Semmeln waren super lecker. Die beiden getrennten Häuser waren für uns auch die Möglichkeit, dass jeder ein eigenes Reich hatte. Es gibt in beiden Häusern jeweils eine Küche mit allem nötigen Utensilien. Wir haben viel und gerne gekocht und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Durch die Hanglage findet man immer wieder ein schönes Plätzchen zum verweilen.

    Wonderfull stay

    Stunning views, very pleasant outside shadow terrace, large swimming pool with lots of space to sit, walk around and enjoy the views and nature

    Stunning view and fabulous pool area

    All the pictures can not capture the beauty of the pool area and the stunning view in the mountains and the valley from the whole property! You have two separate houses, for 4 and 2 people, in a typical antique tuscany style. Cleanliness is ok. Because we spend 95% except the nights outside and the pool, at the bbq and the dining area this was no problem. Two points good to know: if you love cooking yourself note that the kitchen is rather poorly equipped and WiFi is only available in the main house inside. Mrs Simonetta and her team take very good care of you and help where possible! On departure day it’s quite hectic because cleaning and maintenance work starts already early in the morning. We spend a fantastic week and would love to go back…

    Top Location with stunning view

    We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the view from the terrace and the pool. Our host was very kind and helped us with everything. The uphill road is managable, the area around is great and you can relax without any close neighbours.
