"A free airport shuttle was advertised but I couldn’t reach the shuttle despite calling multiple times. When I cabbed to the hotel, the shuttle driver said he missed all of my calls while sitting at the desk. Also, room carpet and sheets were damp and smelled odd."

Wingate by Wyndham Baltimore BWI Airport
"OMG where do I begin? The smell of room 242 was absolutely horrible. We couldn’t get into the room and we thought the key card wasn’t working properly but the sound it made when my granddaughter gave a push like it was stuck shut. The smell the spider webs the telephone was filthy. It was a suite ..."

Days Inn by Wyndham Baltimore Inner Harbor
"No rooms were ready for the 3pm check in. Staff offered zero explanation or discounts for the inconvenience. Room was not ready until almost 7:30pm. Lobby air conditioning was broken and there were a few roaches crawling on the ceiling."
