Spacious, bright, and modern, it’s ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for comfort and the best location in the city.

    The apartment features 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a stylish living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It also includes air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, safe, and elevator access.





    🛏️ Towels, bed linen, and toiletries are provided for your convenience.

    🥂 Minibar service available (with supplement).

    House rules:

    In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
    Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €10.45 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
    Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
    No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
    Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
    Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
    On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

    Please note that full payment for the accommodation, tourist taxes, and security deposit must be completed prior to arrival. Additionally, it is mandatory to register all guests before check-in to the apartment.

I had such a wonderful experience staying at this apartment in Barcelona. The location was ideal—close to great restaurants, shops, and easy access to transportation, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. We had an excellent stay for 3 nights at BCN 41. Check-in was so friendly and easy. The owners-managers went out of their way and did above and beyond what they had to. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable, we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommended to anyone and we stay at a lot of vacation rentals! This was exceptional.

The apartment was large and airy. It has a sophisticated look of an older era but with all the modern conveniences. The host was very attentive. We loved the location and it was an added benefit that there was on-site parking. I would stay here again.

Todo perfectamente coordinado, sin complicaciones ni sorpresas, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más placentera. El apartamento estaba impecable, súper limpio, moderno y con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia perfecta en Barcelona.La ubicación es ideal, muy céntrica y bien comunicada, lo que nos permitió movernos con facilidad por la ciudad. Además, la tranquilidad y el confort del alojamiento hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Sin duda, una experiencia de 10. Repetiremos sin pensarlo. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

This property was wonderful. We were greeted by a very friendly host and given a rundown of the apartment. It was a perfect fit for our family of 5, including my 87 year old mother. Enough room for all of us. The neighborhood was full of cafes, markets and restaurants. Just a short walk to the Gothic Quarter and Las Ramblas. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. Kitchen was well equipped, we used it for coffee and breakfast and we enjoyed being steps from restaurants for lunch and dinner. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood just outside the busy tourist areas.

Our stay at the "Dreta de l'Eixample, apartment in Barcelona was a great experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional hospitality provided by our VRBO Host, BCN apartments 41 Team. Not only did they provide us with a large and beautiful, comfortable apartment in an excellent location, but they also went above and beyond to help us settle in for our short stay. Their kindness and advice was invaluable. The apartment itself was lovely, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect for exploring Barcelona, with easy access to transportation, including a recommended list of fantastic Catalan restaurants just steps away. We were able to visit many of the city's famous attractions, including cathedrals, shops, and churches all within safe walking distance from the apartment. Although we were staying only the one night, it was an incredible experience that we will never forget and hope to return for a much longer stay. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and unforgettable stay in Barcelona.
