Experience Barcelona like a local in this stylish 89 m² apartment, located on the iconic Calle Enric Granados in the heart of the elegant Eixample district. With its thoughtful design, generous space, and unbeatable location, this apartment is perfect for families, friends, or business travelers looking for a comfortable stay in one of the city's most charming areas.

Located in a beautifully maintained historic building, the apartment offers a warm, home-like atmosphere with all modern amenities — just a short walk from key landmarks and transport links.

Please note that a full renovation is currently taking place in one of the apartments in the building, approximately until the end of March 2026. Work hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

Okay apt in okay neighborhood

There was nothing exciting about this apartment. Nothing luxurious at all. Very old, outdated, furnished with cheap and old IKEA furniture that’s at the end of its life. For the price they charge, I expected something stylish. Nothing. Everything is old and dingy in this apt. Kitchen has wired layout, Ikea drawers are falling apart. Location is not convenient either. I find the description of the apt utterly inaccurate.

Great location but NEEDS new furniture

NEGATIVE: The owner needs to put his hand in his pocket and buy new furniture!!! The sofa lounge and the 2 armchairs in the living room have leprosy but the lounge is the worst: The leather/faux leather (not sure) coating has peeled off from almost half of the seating and is still peeling off badly!!! Every time I got off the lounge, some of the coating was stuck to my clothes or was on the floor. At the price you pay per night, a decent lounge should be the bare minimum? Many of the dining room chairs looked old/weak and I avoided seating on them by fear of falling through them (the final straw would have been to be asked to pay for new chairs that were in ridiculously poor condition to start with). The Wifi kept dropping in and out for no apparent reason and is not the fastest. There is a complete mad man who lives in the upper floor of the building and can’t stand tourists! He yelled and was menacing towards my kids and I for making noise in the staircase while waiting for the lift at 5pm in the afternoon...! POSITIVE: Great location! Great view from living room and bedroom! A lot of natural light in the living room and 2 bedrooms! Great size for a 2 bedroom apartment! The bedding in the 2 bedrooms was comfortable and we all slept well!

Not designed to meet travelers' needs - this is a business (focused on profits) not a private owner

This was a very disappointing rental. Aside from the fact that we had to wait for an hour in the street with our luggage, there were plenty of disappointments waiting for us inside. This property lacked the basic necessities for people renting a "home away from home". There were only 4 towels in the whole place as well as two hand towels. Not a single facecloth. There were no dishcloths or towels - we had to buy our own. There were only tow coffee cups - since there were 4 of us, we had to go and purchase cups as well. No salt and pepper shakers and the bare minimum when it came to kitchen items. If you need to turn the heaters on, don't use the hair dryer as this will cause the breakers to short out. The wifi, a very slow connection with a limited range, kept stopping for no apparent reason. You need to unplug it and re-start it for it to start working again. We were not happy with this rental, especially when you consider the price we had to pay. Too bad because the location was very good.

Apartment is in a great location. The front room is very noisy. The front door frame was damaged and door wasn't closing right. Foul smell in the pots and pans area and only 1 large cup for coffee and not one small spoon. I wouldn't recommend this apartment if you have trouble with dirt and smell, On our arrival, we waited 15 minutes for someone to show up. We had to call them.

Appartement bien situe mais pas propre, et mal equipe au niveau de la cuisine.nous avons ete decus

Appartement bien situe mais bruyant le soir (ramassage des poubelles,sorties des restaurants) Cet appartement necessiterait un rafraichissement. La cuisine est mal equipee (1 petite cuillere pour 4 a 6 personnes) et pas agreable (manque de clarte et odeur d humidite). L appartement n etait pas propre. En revanche,tres bonne literie!!! Malgre notre deception sur l appartement,nous avons passe un agreable sejour dans cette magnifique ville!!!

Wonderful location and views!

We stayed in this property during the last leg of our 12 day trip to Barcelona and Sevilla. We stayed 4 days and it was wonderful! The rep met us at exactly the time they stated they would (although we arrived about 30 min. early and had to wait outside with our luggage, but it was fine) and he took us up to do paperwork and show us around. The apartment is huge, plenty of space for 4 people, although there were only 2 of us, so we had even more room. The balconies in the living room overlooking the city corner are amazing. Before dinner we'd pull up the chairs and sit in front of the balcony with the doors opened and just enjoy the view and people watching. The bedrooms were nicely sized, not cramped at all, and you had plenty of space for your things. Having 2 bathrooms also made things nice. Staying in this property really makes you feel like a local. I imagined myself living in Barcelona many times while staying here, it was just so lovely. Cabs are super easy to catch from this location, just walk to any of the corners right outside. A pharmacy right next door, a market just down the street, and plenty of places to eat and drink all along the street. The reason I deducted a star was only due to the fact that for the price I would think there would be some extras included. This was the last property out of 3 that we stayed in during our trip and the most expensive of the 3 and it had the least amount of amenities. No extra towels, no paper towels or napkins, no cooking staples (oil, vinegar, spices, etc.), no binder of helpful information or recommendations for restaurants as the other properties had, no English TV stations (although I only turned on the TV once when I couldn't sleep). Little things, but still, for the price they could include a few more amenities for their guests. It does get quite noisy there, especially when you are in the front bedroom trying to sleep, so bring earplugs if noise bothers you. One night there were loud people partying till 6:30am. More power to them, but it makes it difficult when trying to sleep, so just bring earplugs and you'll be fine. Napping or sleeping in the back bedroom is recommended as it's super quiet back there. You'll find a clothing line for line drying your clothes off that back bedroom balcony or there is a drying rack in the laundry room for you to use. Overall a great property that I would definitely recommend in a wonderful building in a great location. Thank you Habitat!
