Our spacious and comfortable apartment is very well located, close to Paseo de San Juan one of the most elegant avenue of the city ending in Arc del triomf.
It is just 10 min walking from "EL BORN", with its characteristic narrow streets and quaint cafe-covered squares, but it just far enough removed from the beaten track to maintain a peaceful atmosphere and ensure a restful night's sleep.

It is also very well communicated by public transport, just one metro station from LAS RAMBLAS , 2 metro stops from LA SAGRADA FAMILIA and 5 metro stops from BARCELONETA BEACH.

According to the conditions of our license and current housing regulations in Barcelona, ​​groups of more than 4 people must have a family relationship between them (grandparents, parents, children, aunts, uncles, siblings, or cousins).

The apartment has a tourist license, and operates in
a totally legal way according to local legislation.

Keep in mind that at least 72 hours before your arrival you are required to comply with the following legal requirements:

Spacious and bright in a central location to all areas, this was the perfect place for our family. King size beds and two bathrooms were appreciated and hard to find in most rentals and spacious seating as well made for a welcome rest after a full day of touring. Light sleepers may want to bring a mask as there is glass at the top of each room.

Kitchen needs coffee maker and kettle for boiling water and salad bowls. Not as clean as we expected. Front room carpet needs cleaning, tv console is broken. Lots of dirt under beds. It is in a great neighborhood

First time in beautiful Barcelona

My husband and I traveled with our sons (24 and 18) and girlfriend to visit our son who was studying abroad in Barcelona. We were all able to comfortably enjoy in this spacious apartment for our 9 day visit. Having air conditioning and a washer/dryer, as well as 2 bathrooms made our stay even more enjoyable. The large kitchen table was great for card games when we needed some down time. The location of the apartment is central to all of the sites and close to two metro stops. We would stay here again!

Good Location - But a Little Run Down

We stayed here 3 nights in February 2025. The property is in an excellent location and just about everything you want to see is close and within a short walk. Comfortable beds and well appointed apartment. 2nd floor location and the Elevator was broken - which was not an issue for us, but would be for someone who has problems with stairs. The photos on VRBO are from when the apartment was first being rented. It is definitely getting run down and needs some TLC. For example, the kitchen table has a large burn in the top which is not in the photo. Apartment had a strange off putting smell.

Nice apartment

We were met by a young lad, Alex, who let us into the apartment and showed us how to work the A/C etc. He was very polite and helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen seemed to be well equipped but we ate out every night. We did use the coffee mugs and 3 out of 6 of them were chipped. None of the bedrooms have any windows. The living room had floor to ceiling windows but we chose to keep the blinds closed as the view was of a rusty fire escape and peoples back yards. The location was good with plenty of taxis in the next street.

Great stay. The location is just a few blocks from the Basiilca which was a nice walk. Located near grocery stores and coffee shops about a block away. One block from the large square where taxis are available all day. Nice living room with TV and full kitchen with utensils. Safe neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Perfect jumping-off point for sights snd walking

Just as described and as in pictures, it was a beautiful, very comfortable place to stay for sightseeing in the city. So many things are a short walk from the place. Beds are so comfortable. The kitchen met all our needs to meals and snacks in to keep our costs down. Thank you!

Great location - Clean and spacious

We stayed for 7 days for a family of 5. Everyone found the apartment spacious and comfortable. Great location in a quiet area. All appliances present. Within 15-20 minutes walk from many tourist locations. Near grocery stores and restaurants. The host communicated with us in a timely fashion before, during and after our stay. Overall, a great experience!! Would recommend staying here.

Great place to stay in Barcelona

Very comfortable apartment with 3 bedrooms and large beds -- important when you have very tall family members! The hosts and check-in manager were super helpful and responsive. The neighborhood was lively and safe, near many attractions and with lots of nice restaurants. Would love to come back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to many sites and close to bus station with buses directly to Montmelo racetrack. Check in was very prompt and owners were very helpful along the way. Air conditioning turns off at night, but otherwise a great stay.

Loved the apartment. It was spacious and bright and location couldn't be better. Communication with host was excellent. There were some minor issues - airconditioning was problematic (difficult to figure out how to adjust), dirty dryer filter, not enough toilet paper or bath gel) but overall it was great and would stay again.

Fabulous time in BCN

We completely enjoyed our time in Barcelona. Our trip started with half of our group having a canceled flight from the US, including our POC for check in to the apartment. It was easy and painless to communicate our situation and change our POC to meet for check in. The check in/out processes were easy and communication very clear and timely. The apartment was perfect for our needs and was as advertised. It was centrally located to every site/activity we had planned for our stay. Everything seemed to only be about a 20-25 minute walk, even with me in a leg brace. The owners provided a list of restaurants, bars, grocery and tourists sites that made it easy to get around the neighborhood. My daughter and I even meet a woman who lived in another apt on the street who told us her 3 favorite places to eat within 2 blooks. We ended up eating at 2 of them and they were a couple of the best meals we had during the trip. Overall, the location, size and information provided made our stay in Barcelona one to remember.

Perfect home Barcelona home base

Start with the basics: pictures are accurate, description is accurate, the bill had no hidden fees, location is fantastic and check-in was seamless. Four of us, me, my wife and our two college age children, found this to be a perfect location for our trip, it felt like nearly everything was a 20 minute walk. The beds were very comfortable. A flag for light impacted sleepers: two of the bed rooms are pitch black caves (the college students loved), while the master has glass into the living area, so lights on at night (when the college students returned from clubs) woke this light sleeper. Food options are steps away. I have become jaded with VRBO with fees and inconsistencies between pictures and reality in some cases, this property was all it described. We would book again in a return trip.

Perfect Family Vacation

The property was perfect for us two parents with two young adult children. The space itself was great -- clean, appointed with everything we needed, but not much more -- and located near a Metro stop, markets, restaurants, and plenty of must-see sites. We enjoyed watching families on their balconies or in the courtyard going about their holiday traditions, or everyday tasks, like hanging out laundry to dry. Our property manager was informative and met us on arrival to explain everything about the apartment and orienting us on the map. We would definitely stay here again.
