Featuring everything you need to spend a few days of real pleasure or business in the most exclusive shopping area of Barcelona, just a few minutes from Plaza Catalunya and the famous Paseo de Gracia, where the boutiques of the best brands of international fashion. A space as romantic as it is practical; romantic, as it is a stylish and very comfortable apartment with everything you need to surprise your partner, and with wonderful views of the majestic Coliseum Theater building. And practical for your business, for its excellent location, for the relaxation that will provide you with its spacious and comfortable living room - with two balconies, and completely soundproofed thanks to the double glazing of its large windows - and for the freedom and discretion it offers.

Our usual check-in time is from 15:00 to 21.00h, so we recommend that you contact us in advance to arrange your arrival time.Check-out is until 11:00 a.m., but late check-out can be requested, subject to availability.



Outside of the established hours, we have the following rates:

Late check-in: arrival after 9:00 p.m. incurs a cost of €30 until 11:00 p.m., after which €10 will be added for each additional hour.

Late check-out (departure after 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.) and early check-in (arrival before 3:00 p.m.) are subject to availability and incur an additional charge, which can be consulted.

The apartment has a HUTB tourist licence.

Tourist tax:10,45€ per person/night not included in the final price.

Payment must be made in cash upon arrival at the apartment for all guests over 16 years of age, and for a maximum of 7 days.Law 5/2017 of the Generalitat de Catalunya, for stays with check-in from 1/4/2017.

Amazing location!

We could not have wished for a more ideal location to use as our anchor for exploring Barcelona! Joanna was always extremely responsive and helpful.

Good location but there were issues!

This was a good location although the building itself was rather seedy. Apartment was clean but somewhat run down. The biggest issue was a strong smell of sewage that permeated the entire lobby and stairwell. I did not bring this to the agent’s attention since I doubted there would be anything she could do about it. I would not rent this unit again due to the smell!

The location was excellent! Perfect spot to do all your sightseeing. All the attractions were within walking distance. Very close to Las Ramblas. 3 minute walk to the main centre where there are many shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and catered for our needs. The bed was so comfortable. Very spacious apartment with plenty of storage and hangers and wardrobes for clothes. The view from the balcony was just so beautiful. At night the view would be so beautiful. Although in a busy area you could not hear a thing, had peaceful sleep everyday. For the summer months the AC was excellent in the apartment. Plaza de catalunya was a 3 minute walk from here you can take many transport options available. However, not needed as the places were all within walking distance. Joanna the host was amazing and always checked we had everything which was nice. We had 2 keys given and the house had everything you would need away from home. We were given a little starter pack with cleaning accessories for our stay. Towels, toiletries and toilet paper were provided for our full stay. This place is 5 stars for sure we had a very comfortable stay!!

3 days in Barcelona

Excellent location - we are walkers, but the metro is very close by. Peaceful retreat after a morning outing and lunch to rest up before heading out again! The photos from the balcony when we booked this showed a huge publicity spider on the Coliseum across the boulevard. Just FYI for arachnophobia’s, that spider is long gone! 😀

Perfect appartment and amazing location!!!

We stayed for 3 nights in april 2022 and it was wonderful!! This appartment has everything you need, whole kitchen, washer and dryer, a large living and dining room and the view is just amazing!! It was very clean!! The location is perfect too, close to La Rambla, the metro, all the shops, restaurants, the plazas, it was perfect!! Thank you!!
