Spacious, sunny Diagonal Mar apartment of 110m2 right in front of the beach of Barcelona! Beautiful comfortable apartment with lots of natural light, is fully furnished and equipped to accommodate all your vacation or business needs. The apartment is located only 15 minutes by metro from the historic city center or 15 minutes taxi ride. Enjoy the convenience of this fully equipped apartment overlooking the beach. Spacious living room features ceiling-to-floor windows overlooking the sea. There are 3 double bedrooms: a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two bedrooms with twin beds. Two bathrooms are complete bathrooms with shower and a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker). In the laundry room you will find a washer and a dryer, iron and ironing board. There's also a small balcony with sea views where you can enjoy a glass of wine on a sunny Barcelona day. Linen and towels are provided by the property. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. The apartment is located in a quiet residential building, so parties or loud events in the apartment are not allowed. There is an elevator in the building.
There are several smaller supermarkets in the area as well as a big shopping center with a hypermarket and a food court.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges:
- Barcelona city tax 10,45€ per person per night (max 7 nights)
- Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

Perfect location

The location of the flat was absolutely perfect. It is located a bit further from the city center but with metro, tram, and bus stops located close the city is very accessible.

Beautiful OceanView, Open Living Space

The is a corner apartment with beautiful view of ocean. Living room and dining room are all glass wall so you get a lot of sunshine and great view. Living and dining room are very open and spacious. Nice patio to relax.

Great place to land

We were very happy with the apartment. Everyone had a room with a view of the sea, and the living space was perfect. The property Manager was extremely helpful and the concierge service was too. I will definitely recommend this apartment and management company.

Das Appartement bietet einen sensationellen Ausblick und hat alles was man braucht.Auch der Check in bzw. die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super.Das Appartement hätte etwas sauberer sein können, aber es war nicht dreckig und gut bewohnbar.

Accurate Listing

A nice listing that is exactly as the photos show. As a US traveler we had some problems with multiple banks (maybe Visa) getting the final payment to clear when were checking in, but it worked with Amex; that was a little concerning at the time Great location across the street from the beach, just walked over in 4 minutes to swim everyday
