The Collection Barcelona welcomes you to our three-bedroom apartment, a modern and comfortable place to stay with wonderful transport links. You’re just a doorstep away from Sant Pau's metro Station and a block away from famous Sagrada Familia, Hospital Sant Pau and Av. Gaudí!

Enjoy the beautiful balcony, the amazing local life, and the spacious common areas. Explore the neighborhood and enjoy this bustling part of Barcelona! I hope you have a lovely time and enjoy your stay.

The Space:
I am delighted to open up my three-bedroom apartment to fellow travelers. My flat is spacious, with discrete and modern decor and a relaxed feel, located only a block away from the wonderful Paseo Gaudí and the Hospital Sant Pau. It’s the ideal place to come back to after a day of exploring Barcelona, great transport links mean you’ll be right in the hub of the city but able to escape the hustle and bustle!

The living area is bright and airy, with a large, comfy sofa, a super comfortable armchair, and flat-screen TV, so sit back and make yourself at home! Wood flooring, a gorgeous balcony, large windows and an integrated dining area with a table that sit four in comfy chairs add to the room’s charm, and soft throws and pillows make modern finishing touches.

Enjoy a fresh beverage in the balcony while making your plans around the city! This is my favorite place in the house, make yourself at home with family or friends.

The apartment has a capacity for up to 5 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: Double bed
- Bedroom 2: Double bed
- Bedroom 3: Single bed

The AC is located in the living room - fans in every room

Elevator in building (From the elevator to the apartment door there are few steps - around 10)
Bed linens (and comforters during winter season) and bath towels (one shower towel per guest) will be provided!

The Neighborhood:
Camp de L'Arpa, a part of the original neighborhood of Muntanya (mountain in Catalan) of Sant Martí, was started to be built in 1845 without being included later in Cerdà’s Urban Plan. For that reason even today the conserved street structure is very different from the typical squared one of the near Eixample During the 19th century both Camp de l'Arpa as well as El Clor saw the construction of many factories.

Getting Around:
The closest metro station is Sant Pau Dos de Maig (Line 5).
The quickest way to go to the airport would be taking the bus "Aerobus" at Plaça Catalunya, in front of "El Corte Inlges". The cost is around 4.5€

Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***

- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small fee of 2.25€ + VAT per person over 17 years old and per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. Also, from 2022 Barcelona City Council applies 3.25€ + VAT to the tourist tax as a city tax fee, also per person over 17 years old and per night up to a maximum of 7 nights.

- This cost of 6.65€ per person over 17 years old and per night up to a maximum of 7 nights IS NOT included on your reservation.

- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.

- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.

*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***

Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)

*** HOUSE RULES ***

1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.

Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.

Here are the positives about this apartment: it was clean, and the metro entrance is extremely close. Neighborhood was fine -- lots of bakeries and shops. It has a spacious dining room / living room. There were some significant drawbacks, though. The bedrooms were very small and dark. All 3 bedrooms have a window that overlooks a very dingy airshaft. Fortunately the weather was moderate, otherwise we would have been hot with just fans in the bedrooms. This was a premium priced apartment, so I expected nicer bedrooms and amenities. The photos must have been taken with some serious lighting assistance, because the bedrooms were all but unrecognizable. Overall, very disappointing stay.
