  • This comfortable and spacious villa of Catalunya Casas is located in a quiet and picturesque mountain village of Sant Feliu del Raco. just a short drive from the center of Barcelona.





    Overlooking the Sant Llorenç de Munt National Park, this charming villa is built on a 3500 square meter hilltop, offering privacy and unparalleled views and mountain views.



    The villa has five rooms for 8 people (6 single beds (100x200cm), 1 double bed (130x200cm), 1 set of bunk beds (100x200cm)), comfortable living areas with extensive entertainment options, large terraces for outdoor dining and a large private pool (the pool measures 4m by 7.5m). The house is distributed on three levels and flooded with natural light. If you forgot your vacation needs, the city is a short drive from the villa, where you can also find restaurants and bars to enjoy spectacular local cuisine.

    Catalunya Casas specialises in hand-picked, exclusively managed family villa rentals (with pool and garden!) in Mallorca, Ibiza, and the Barcelona area. Our vacation rentals are close enough to tourist ‘meccas' so as to enjoy all the benefits these areas have to offer, yet far enough ‘off the beaten track’ where our guests have the opportunity to enjoy and experience the real Catalonia/Spain.

Beautifully situated Villa, excellent facilities for entertaining, worth packing mosquito repellent as you are so close to the national park we even had wild boar and deer visit (at a safe distance).

Beautiful house, beautiful views

Beautiful house, beautiful views. The master bedroom is wonderful - my family had to fight over it! Great, large swimming pool overlooking the forest below. It was a very special holiday and the village is great. The local bar owner was very welcoming even though he didn't speak any English! hand signals was all we needed!

Wow

Wow. My family of 7 had a very enjoyable stay here. The kitchen and bathrooms are very modern and new. There is an amazing ensuite bedroom on the top floor which my family and I had to fight over! The pool is large and clean and it's so relaxing to look at the wonderful views while enjoying the sunshine. The terrace and ping pong table are great as well and perfect to evening BBQ's. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone. The village of Sant Feliu del Raco is very nice. It reminded us of Beverly Hills in California with its lush vegitation and upmarket homes.

I would not hesitate to reccommend this villa to anyone. The village of Sant Feliu del RAco is very nice. It reminded us of Beverly Hills in California with its lush vegitation and upmarket homes.

La maison est très agréable

La maison est très agréable mais pour 8 adultes et 2 enfants pas pour 10. Nous étions 10 amis de 60 à 77 ans et les 2 lits superposés ne sont pas adéquates. Le nombre de couverts en cuisine est juste et il n'y a pas de prises chevets dans une chambre.Nous avons apprécié le geste par rapport aux draps .

Un peu decevant

Belle maison, vue magnifique mais pas de parking, étonnant pour une maison avec 10 couchages donnant sur une rue de montagne très étroite. Aucune sécurité enfant autour de la piscine et manque de circulation intérieure entre les étages ce qui aurait compensé le terrain très escarpé pour l'accès à la piscine et à la terrasse jeux. Inadmissible pour une location de ce prix : il a fallu réclamer le remboursement de la caution qui n'était toujours pas effectué 3 semaines après notre départ !

villa très bien équipée (à part juste 8 couverts ), jusqu'aux sac poubelles et produits d'entretien, avec des ventilateurs mobiles, beaucoup d'espace rangement, une grande piscine (avec un technicien venu pour l'entretien juste à notre arrivée) , de l'espace pour 8 (10 parait excessif pour les repas ). Un bémol : les aboiements des chiens du quartier!Une situation dans une rue résidentielle, village proche agréable et une facilité pour aller à Barcelone via le train à Sabadel Nord gràce aux bons conseils de l'agence

It’s magnificent valley-view

It’s magnificent valley-view, characteristic interior, fine pool, nice kitchen and multiple areas to enjoy(/avoid) sun, shade and wind are the pros of the house. The number one issue during summer is the absence of airconditioning (we kind of missed that in the description and the additional rent for a maximum of 2 mobile units was out of proportion in our opinion and would not solve the heat issue for the whole group). Oh and if you don’t like barking dogs at night… the whole area is populated with loud specimen that want to alert everyone of their presence.

Escapade sympathique entre amis

Belle demeure avec de très agréables extérieurs. Le bémol : elle est pour 8 adultes et 2 enfants et non pour 10 adultes par rapport aux lits superposés. Trop juste en couverts également. Il n'y avait pas de prises électricité dans une des chambres pour les lampes de chevet.

Nothing to Disappoint you!

I am sure you won't be disappointed choosing this villa. Just more than lovely. It has all the facilities for every age group, so doesn't matter with whom you are going to stay with. Everyone will surely like the place. Recommended!

Great Family Holiday!

What a great apartment! Quiet location but close enough to centre of the town to make it an easy walk to the bars and restaurants. Nice balcony and the view. The bunk beds are great for kids and there's plenty of room. Great value if you're looking for a Spanish holiday, relaxation and the fun of private stay. Would definitely return and easy to recommend for a family vacation.

Perfect holiday in beautiful surroundings

Villa was nice. Everything worked well (TV, AC, WIFI and BBQ). Especially the garden was beautiful. The kids loved the pool……..it was very comfortable staying here for 1 week. Good communications also with the host. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here because we had a perfect holiday in beautiful surroundings.

Excellent Amenities!!!

We liked this property very much indeed. The accommodation provided was excellent. Its location close to the center of Barcelona meant that you had nearby access to the beaches and restaurants. There were plenty of facilities in the grounds of the house provided for families such as swings, football and badminton nets, and bicycles. The owner and his family were always very quick to respond on all matters which we found most helpful and kind. We don't have any dislikes. We had a lovely holiday and no one wanted to leave.
