GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD



- The apartment is located in a beautiful town called El Masnou and it takes between 45 and 60 minutes by car from the airports of Barcelona and Girona.



- The neighbourhood is safe, very well connected and 5 minutes from the centre.



- Nearby you can find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, leisure facilities and everything you need.



- The train station is less than 10 minutes away and the beach is right in front, with typical fishing boats and beach bars where you can enjoy both day and night.



- During the summer, all the surrounding towns celebrate their local festivals. Many events are organised and the atmosphere is fantastic with fireworks, delicious meals, concerts, etc.



HOW TO GET AROUND



- El Masnou station is less than 10 minutes from the apartment. There are trains to Barcelona or Girona every 30 minutes.



OTHER HIGHLIGHTS



- Smoking in any apartment will incur an additional charge of one extra night.



- Please note that arrivals between 19:30 and 22:00 have an additional supplement of €25. Arrivals between 22:00 and 24:00 have an additional supplement of €50. In both cases, this will be charged in cash upon arrival. After 24:00 no check-ins will be made; guests will have to wait until 9:30, when the office reopens.



- Upon arrival, you will have to pay a tourist tax of €1,75 per night and person, due to the regulations established by the Government of the Generalitat de Catalunya.



- At check-in, both adults and minors will have to identify themselves with ID, NIE, passport or family book.
