Don’t Stay Here!

The property is in disrepair and the doors don’t work. We were locked out of the apartment, because the electronic lock was not working and couldn’t get anyone from the property management office to help us. Three hours in the hallway later, we finally got in on our own. The door had several holes and was clearly damaged, so this has definitely happened before.

Perfectly Adequate

The property is fine for a short term stay in Barcelona. The location is great and the property was clean. Beyond that we had clogged bathroom sink, no hot water for showers, and a shower with a serious mold issue in the ceiling. The guest bathroom is split into two completely separate rooms which is not the most convenient set-up. The property could use a little TLC. For what we paid and the labeling of it being a “luxury” apartment, we expected more than just perfectly adequate.

Good location, but nothing in this apartment works!

This apartment is in a great location, but the amenities are just not there. It was noisy, dirty, and nothing worked right. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom lights didn't work, the coffee pot didn't work, electrical outlets didn't work,. Old and dirty does not equal charming. I would never stayer here again. For the price, go stay in a nice hotel!

Mixed experience

If you are looking for place with character and good host, look elsewhere. However, if you need a good base for exploring Barcelona, it might be a good fit. Apartment is big and clean, in old building, with squeaky old elevator that didn't work half of the time. Furnishing is very Ikea-style - very basic and cheap looking. AC units in all rooms but not very well maintained and was leaking water all over the place. This place is own by the company so don't expect any personal attention. The person who let us in when we arrived, couldn't even recommend restaurants in the neighborhood.
