This beautiful apartment is only a few steps away from the Sagrada Familia. It is very cozy and comfortable, you will feel almost like in a hotel suite, on the 3rd floor with a lift.

Furthermore, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and a Lavazza espresso machine. There's a bathroom with a large shower and a separate room with a sofa and flat screen smart TV set.
Besides, the apartment offers free WiFi, air-conditioning, beddings, towels, soaps and everything else you need for a pleasant stay in one of the worlds most beautiful beach cities.

The refundable damage deposit is 300 Euros that will be held on a credit card upon arrival.

Tourist tax in Barcelona has been raised to 10.45€ per day per person. This tax must be paid the day of your arrival. Please note: when checking-in to your apartment, any visitors aged 16 and under must present a copy of their passport showing their date of birth, in order for them not to be charged the aforementioned tourist tax.

Terrific location here- a short walk to La Sagrada Familia as well as 2 Metro stations, made it very easy to get anywhere around Barcelona. Great communication, as our booking was accepted even though our payment via U.S. credit card could not be taken until we arrived, we were emailed clear directions, were able to WhatsApp upon our arrival at the airport and were met in person at the apartment as we arrived by taxi. The apartment, entry lobby & small elevator were very clean and we felt safe in this neighborhood. We appreciated the snacks, espresso pods and cold drinks they thoughtfully provided, and everything was as pictured, with adequate dishes & utensils. There are many restaurants, bodegas, cafes & bakeries within easy walking distance. The apartment building itself is quiet. If you are sensitive to noise, bring earplugs as nearby traffic & trash collection are occasional noted early & late. We loved the tiny balconies overlooking the pedestrian area on Avinguda de Gaudi - bonus hearing the accordion player in the evenings and enjoying the views.

Barcelona trip

Fantastic place to stay! The view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular. The apartment is clean with all needed amenities. Super close to public transit and walkable to main attractions, supermarkets and restaurants. Loved having our morning coffee and evening wine on the balcony/terraceAlso the 365 at the corner has great bread and pastries. Your host is super reliable. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent Property and Stay

Great location and spacious layout. Plenty of restaurants close by plus a quick walk to attractions. Staff were great on communication. Central AC kept the condo comfortable. Highly recommend.

Clean, great view, well equipped

We were very happy and comfortable here. The photos are accurate - the place is clean, bright, and has a well equipped kitchen. The bed was excellent. The view of the hospital is lovely and, though it is not in one of the older parts of town, it is near lots of buses and both the L2 and L5 metro lines. We communicated mostly with Sam, who was excellent, and met us at the apartment to explain everything.We were here in January, and our only complaint was that we felt the place was a bit chilly. Management assured us that the heating system was working as designed, but the thermostat did not seem to change the temperature.

Location, location.

We loved our stay. We enjoyed our coffee and pastry every morning on our little balcony directly across from the Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau. It was an easy walk to La Sagrada Família, and buses were easy to use. There are lovely shops and restaurants close by. We hated to leave.

Serious cleaning required

Although we enjoyed our stay, it would have been nicer to have more towels and the bathroom in particular deeply cleaned. The shower doors are extremely dirty as well as the shower tiles. There are dark areas in the grout that need be cleaned with a brush. Thank you!!

3 days in Barcelona

Overall the property was great and you really couldn't beat the location!! Hop off and on bus stop was right across the street and La Sagrada Familia was within a short walk. Plenty of restaurants all around the property. The only thing I would suggest is putting some money into a more comfortable bed and some extra pillows. After all day of sightseeing, you want a nice bed to sleep in!!
