This location is situated in the neighborhood of Sant Andreu, in the north of the city.
The history of the area dates back to the 10th century, when the monastery of Sant Andreu de Palomar was founded. For centuries, Sant Andreu was an independent town until 1897 when it was annexed to Barcelona. Today, the neighborhood retains its own character and is known for its welcoming atmosphere and lively streets.
There are several tourist attractions close to the apartment, such as the Maquinista Park, La Maquinista Shopping Center, and Can Dragó Park. Also, if you like sports, the Sant Andreu Municipal Stadium is just a few minutes' walk away.
If you are looking for typical bars and restaurants, we recommend you try Ca l'Amador restaurant, known for its traditional Catalan dishes and cozy atmosphere. You can also visit Los Toreros bar, a classic in the area where you can enjoy tapas and beers.
As for places to eat, the area has a wide variety of options, from fast food restaurants to gourmet restaurants. On Gran de Sant Andreu street you will find a large number of restaurants and cafes.
In terms of transportation, there are several bus stops close to the apartment, which will allow you to easily move around the city. In addition, the Sant Andreu metro station is only a 3-minute walk away, allowing you to reach any part of the city with ease.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room only. The bedrooms do not have A/C, but fans are provided to ensure your comfort during your stay.

The apartment is located in the neighborhood of Sant Andreu, which is a neighborhood full of life and various stores, its physiognomy shows us proudly that still maintains the image of the main street of the old town of Sant Andreu de Palomar. With easy access to the subway and tourist attractions of interest. The apartment is located about 3 minutes from the metro station Sant Andreu (L1).
FROM THE CRUISE PORT TO THE APARTMENT
The quickest way would be by taxi. I would take about 15 minutes and should cost around €20.00 (which includes the supplement from the port) plus a little surcharge for each suitcase.
FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE APARTMENT
The journey is between 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the time of the day.
You have quite a variety of transport options:
TAXI: Travelling by taxi is a convenient way to get from the airport to the city center, especially if you have a family or a lot of luggage (be aware that most fo the taxis holds only 4 passengers).
Look for the sign pointing to the nearest taxi rank. The taxis operate all night and there are several hundred of them so you don't have to worry about not being able to catch a cab.
Expect to pay around € 35.00. There will also be an additional surcharge charge for each bag you're carrying. You'll find the rates displayed inside the cab.
All official Barcelona taxis are black and yellow and are required to charge you only the value on the meter (including a supplement for travelling from or to the Airport, and also a surcharge for each suitcase).
Train RENFE: The RENFE train service runs approximately every 30 minutes to and from Barcelona airport to the city center. Travel time approximately 30 minutes. You can purchase a T10 ticket at the entrance to the train platform at Barcelona Airport (it would permit you 10 underground, train or bus trips into the city).
If travelling from the airport to the city center you can get off at Barcelona Sants. From there you can change for the Barcelona underground system to your final destination, Verdaguer metro stop (L5 or blue line). Then you must walk 15 minutes to reach the apartment.
AEROBUS: Aerobus is the bus service that connects the Airport with the centre of Barcelona leaving every 5 minutes, every day of the year.
In approximately 35 minutes can go or return to either of the Airport Terminals (T1 or T2) comfortably and economically, without having to change stations or stops. The route covers strategic stops in the city. Single ticket: € 5, 90(all children under 4 years free ticket).
The Aerobus will then take you to Plaça de Catalunya (where the line finishes).). From there you have to reach Plaça Catalunya by metro (L1 or red line) and go to Sant Andreu stop. After 3 minute on foot you will reach the apartment.
BIKES: Barcelona is a bike friendly city, with a good net of bike lanes. Because of our warm climate, cycling could be a good way to sightseeing and do some sport at the same time.
As to rent a bike, there are lots on offer everywhere in Barcelona.
CAR: Since Barcelona is organised in green areas (for residents) and blue areas (paying and short time parking), it is difficult to park in the street. But there are lots of parking lots in this neighborhood.

Cab: approximately 10 minutes.
Parc Güell:
Cab: approximately 20 minutes.
Avinguda Diagonal:
Metro: Line 5 (blue) from Virrei Amat station to Diagonal station (estimated time: 20 minutes).
Cab: approximately 15 minutes.
Passeig de Gràcia:
Metro: Line 5 (blue) from Virrei Amat station to Diagonal station (estimated time: 20 minutes) and then change to Line 3 (green) to Passeig de Gràcia station (estimated time: 5 minutes).

- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- The flat´s capacity is of 5 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
