    This open plan apartment next to Barceloneta Beach and just a few minutes from the Gothic Quarter and the Ramblas is ideal for couples or small families who want to combine leisure, sun and tourism. It has twin beds, a double sofa-bed, bathroom with shower, a kitchenette and a spacious balcony. The kitchenette is fully equipped and has all the utensils needed to make your stay more comfortable. It is on the 5th floor and there is no lift.

    Barceloneta Beach IV is located close to Barceloneta Beach, in La Barceloneta, the traditional fishing and seafaring neighbourhood, famous for its restaurants. Next to the Olympic Port, with over forty bars and restaurants, it has become the new leisure zone, which, together with its more than 4 km of beaches, offers the possibility of enjoying all kinds of water sports.

    With a train station, a metro station and several bus stops nearby, it is easy to move around the city and visit other places of tourist interest, such as the Ramblas, the Sacred Family, Güell Park, etc

    TERMS & CONDITIONS:
    CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

    - Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

    - As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

    - 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

    - We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

    - Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

    - We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

    HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

    DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

    OTHER CHARGES- Tourist tax not included in the final price

We stayed on the 5th floor of the Barcelonetta building. It is an ok studio flat with everything you need . The beach is 2 minutes walk away. We loved the location. No lift in the building, so be prepared for very tough climbs.

This is a great location. There is a direct transfer to many tourist places, like Park Guell, and the beach is a 3-minute walk away. The apartment has everything we need during our stay, such as a kettle, pots, and kitchen tools. The place is quiet at night and was clean when we arrived. We are satisfied with this apartment.

Our New Worst

We have rented on 4 continents and this is now our worst. THE Good - comfortable beds, good shower, solid wifi, vibrant loation, The bad - walls seriously scuffed up, rust marks on fridge door, not so much as salt and pepper in the cupboard, location (touristy and drab food). The ugly - 4th floor no lift = 85 narrow winding stairs.

Not a place to stay with big suitcases

Very bad stairs that made horrible to bring suitcases to the appartment, I will suggest to alert future guess that there is not elevator and the stairs are very narrow & difficult to get to the appartment.

Die Lage des Apartments ist quasi direkt am Strand und in der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte, Restaurants und Bars. Außerdem ist das Apartment sehr sauber gewesen. Ich hab es auch als sehr angenehm empfunden, dass man einfach mit dem Handy die Türen öffnen konnte. Auch als etwas mal kurz nicht funktioniert hat, wurde mir innerhalb weniger Minuten geholfen. Ich würde immer wieder kommen.

The apartment was in a really good location - close to the Gothic Qtr and El Born. There was a beach at one end of the street and a stop on the main bus route at the other.The room was modern, well equipped and comfortable and is 5 floors up a steep staircase.

Great location, easy to get anywhere and come home to the beach vibe and great restaurants! (Recommend Surf House and Tapas Tapas and they are only a block away!) The unit was great, perfect size for two people. Beds were super comfy. Stairs were really narrow, would not recommend the 5th floor if you have huge luggage! One huge benefit of the 5th floor though is you’re really close to the rooftop terrace. Perfect place for happy hour, watching the boats, birds and planes! Would definitely stay here again, we loved Barcelona!

Renato était très aimable, les instructions etaient très précises et efficaces.L'appartement etait propre, fonctionnel (vive la clim') et très agréable, avec vue sur la mer depuis le balcon au dernier étage (5e etage sans ascenceur). La rue est piétonne, donc calme au niveau bruit et on est à quelques pas de la plage.Tout était parfait. Je recommande cet appartement :) et il nous tarde de revenir...
