Respect for neighbors is mandatory. Authorities may retain part or all of the security deposit in case of disturbances.





Noise detector:

The apartment is equipped with a noise detector that measures decibel levels without recording conversations. Any attempt to disable the device or exceed the permitted noise level may result in a fine ranging from €50 to €250.





Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (€50 to €250 fine).





Pets:

Pets under 10 kg are accepted upon request (€20 fee).





Towels:

Bath towels may not be used at the beach. Otherwise, €12 will be charged for each towel.





Standard check-in:

From 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM





Late check-in surcharges:

€20 after 8:00 PM

€30 after midnight

€10 per additional hour from 1:00 AM onwards

Identification:

In accordance with local regulations, we are required to verify the passport or ID details of all guests.





Tourist tax:
