-Parties in the apartment are strictly not permitted.
-It is very important to respect the noise level (people, music) during the whole stay. The property has a noise monitor on the terrace, does not record, only records and alerts us when the usual noise levels are exceeded.
The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the property. If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 21h hour it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 300 eur.
-The perfect choice for families or groups of friends (preference age: over 24 years).
-The terrace can be used until 21:00 only. Please note that those steps should be completed at least 24hr before your arrival to organize your check-in. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all the instructions in time & there could be considerable delay to enter the apartment (& possible extra charges). Wifi 94.2 Mbps

City tax:
6,88 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.

Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
