Panoramic Sagrada Familia 2:
The Centric Sagrada Familia neighborhood of Barcelona forms part of the Eixample of Barcelona and it is a relaxing residential area of the city. The wonderful temple of the Sagrada Familia, masterwork of the modernist architect Antoni Gaudí is located absolutely in front to our building. Likewise, just 100m around our place is plenty of services that makes our apartments a perfect option for a comfortable vacation stay in Barcelona.

This comfortable 65M² apartment is situated on the second floor (level 3). This building has no lift to access to the apartment. Stairs are easy to walk up and our reception staff will take care of your luggage up and down. Apartment has four balconies (two in the bedrooms and two at living room) something that it is unique in the city, making the apartment extremely luminous.

You also have access to an incredible 130M² private terrace/solarium in the top of the building. Garden pots decorated with Gaudí style mosaic make it very pleasant. It is equipped with table, chaise lounges and big parasols and exterior lights. Perfect for having breakfast, lunch or dinner enjoying the most privileged view of the Cathedral, which is lit up until the night. Furthermore, the terrace is also equipped with plugs for electrical devices.

Great View/Great Location

Charming apartment with spectacular view. We walked to almost everything we wanted to see in Barcelona. Took subway only once. Owner lives on site and everyone is exceptionally nice. Some things to know is it’s not loaded with kitchen utensils so making a big family dinner may be challenge, didn’t bother us, but it may others.

Breathtaking

Skip the photo/selfie spot and enjoy from your living room. The view of the basilica in the morning light is truly stunning. Arturo and his staff were wonderful. Try the cafe next door for some authentic Catalan cuisine. Dw & Lindsey.

Fantastic

It was a great location with stunning views of sagrada famillia and great access to the metro and hop on and off bus. It has a lovely roof top terrace that you have access to which gives you 360 view of Barcelona which is lovely day and night. All the staff were really helpful which was great.

Amazing place, great hosts

This is an amazing apartment to be able to view La Sagrada Familia 24/7, including the roof deck. With Barcelona’s extensive public transportation, it’s so easy to get to all parts of the city from here. The hosts were very helpful with recommendations. The apartment is clean, Updated and well-maintained.

Perfect in every way

Where to begin? Checking in and out was flawless and we felt very welcome. The clean, stylish, air-conditioned rental offered us a wonderful retreat from the heat of the day. We were mesmerized by the spectacular view of the Sagrada Familia right outside our windows and the bonus of the rooftop view. Thank you to Arturo for this lovely apartment rental.

What a treat to be near the Sagrada Familia

This place is great, you have a clear view of Sagrada Familia from the Living Room. We went to the roof and could stay up there for a while. Only key is that there are stairs required, no elevator. Would stay there again.

Wonderful views, great apartment

This apartment was perfect for our family. Watching the Sagrada Familia being built whilst we ate breakfast was a great start to the day. There were also amazing views from the rooftop terrace. The apartment was conveniently located near to a metro to access the rest of Barcelona's top sights. It was clean, and although our washing machine didn't work we could have used the one in reception. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great visit.

Amazing property

This was a perfect fit for our family of 5 (3 teens 18/16/14). The view was magnificent, located 2 min walk to subway, eateries, ice cream & grocery. We were able to get everywhere in the city from this location. The apartment was very clean and we even cooked dinner our last night to take in the view of Sagrada Família. Check in was easy, very responsive and friendly staff. Highly Recommend!!

Unique!

We really enjoyed our stay! I was surprised at how engrossing it was to have the Sagrada Familia constantly in view. It is so complex that I was always noticing new details, and we saw some of the construction process. The park between the apartment and La Sagrada is popular and can be noisy if the windows are open, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights. We enjoyed watching the constant stream of people getting photographed in front of the pond with the church behind them. The neighborhood is nice with many restaurants nearby, including two good ones right down stairs. When we arrived we were told that the washer/dryer was broken and waiting for parts. The staff did some laundry for us in the machine at the office and delivered it back to our room clean and folded at no charge, Very nice. Communication was excellent for check-in and check-out, and the staff arranged for our early morning taxi to the airport. As noted in the listing it is an old building and there is no elevator, and there is no elevator. The "second floor" unit we were in was actually on the third floor. That wasn't a deal breaker for our two couples of senior citizens.

Love The View

This apartment is in a great location, and the spectacular view of Sagrada Familia gave us the opportunity to see so many more details and perspectives in different lighting. The host and his team were extremely helpful with transportation and check-in given our flight cancellation challenges. Location near the Metro stations was a huge plus. Apartment is clean and just as advertised. They even did our laundry for us since our washer was waiting for a repair part. We highly recommend.

Awesome location in Barcelona

The apartment lived up to the pictures on the VRBO site. Every morning, I woke up early just to see the morning light hit the face of Sagrada Familia's nativity side. The apartment is in the best location, across from Sagrada Familia separated by a park with lots of people there. We watched people from early morning to 2AM at the park. Awesome apartment and location. The apartment was furnished with all amenities for our stay. The air conditioner, clothes washer and dish washer worked. It was very easy for us to get to Barri Gotic and La Ramblas from the apartment. I would stay at the apartment next time I am in Barcelona and would recommend the apartment to our friends (which we have posted in our travel blog). Thanks Arthur for fantastic place to begin our vacation. Arthur was there to greet us, oriented us and showed us to the room. When we had difficulties with adjusting the hot water in the shower he had that adjusted for us. Fantastic care from Arthur.

The view was incredible from this property and the roof top terrace was a wonderful addition. They had just installed new air-conditioning so the unit was cool. We were disappointed the washer did not work but the host offered several times to do our laundry which was very nice. We found all those working there eager to make sure we had a good experience. We just found it hard to manage the four flights of stairs which were really 6 flights. Sometimes the lighting did not work and they were dark and we needed our phone flashlight to ensure we did not trip. I think this would be a perfect place to stay if you were in your 20's or 30's. The Location is great and easy to get public transportation. Apartment had an ant issue and it was a challenge getting a consistent water temperature for a shower.

Amazing location.

Great place to stay in Barcelona. While it is located in view of Sagrada Familia we visited many spots in Barcelona from here as the metro is very close by. Apartment is clean and comfortable. There is no elevator but we did not mind the three flights to our room as the view of the Sagrada Familia out our window was breath taking. Book early.
