The property had a wonderful location. Minimal walk to the beach where you could rent a lounger for 6 euros with umbrella and with a bar. less than 5 minute walk to train station. 10 minute walk to a fun city center with restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Historical buildings to see and a roman site. Apartment was very safe with locks and keys to go into the elevator. Upstairs has tow terraces . one which looks directly at the beach. Great place for cocktails and meals.

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen dort. Es gibt ein Doppelbett in der oberen Etage ein kleines Zimmer mit Einzelbett, das von unserem größten Mitreisenden, 1,96 m, belegt wurde und ein Etagenbett was unten von unseren schwersten Mitreisenden benutzt wurde. Alle Betten sind sehr schlicht, aber sauber. Die Stühle am Esstisch sind aus Metall und haben schon unschöne Farbspuren an der Wand hinterlassen. Das Sofa ist sehr ausgesessen. Der Herd erfordert etwas Geduld, wenn man darauf kochen möchte. Aber die Küche hat einen großen Kühl/Gefrierschrank Das Bad unten hat eine Dusche, die von kleinen und schlanken Menschen gut genutzt werden kann. Es hat kein Fenster. Das Bad oben ist mit Fenster und Badewanne ausgestattet, aber auch hier muss man beim Betreten den Bauch einziehen, da die Tür nach innen aufgeht. Die Terrassen sind mit Rasenteppich ausgelegt, der bei Regen sehr nass wird. Die zwei Sonnenschirme waren leider kaputt. Die Auflagen der Liegen müssten mal erneuert werden. Man kann aber wunderbar über den Strand und auf die Stadt gucken. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar und wird täglich gereinigt. Wir haben auch die Strandbars genossen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele, in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Bis Barcelona sind es ca. 47 Minuten mit der Bahn R1. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, da Mataró nicht von Touristen überlaufen ist. Wer keine Luxusausstattung braucht, findet alles, was man benötigt vor. Wir würden jedenfalls wiederkommen.

Het appartement ziet er veelbelovend uit. Jammer dat alles verouderd is, maar bovenal niet fris is. de badkamer op de 1e verdieping veroorzaakt een enorme rioollucht. In de douche ontbreekt de beugel voor de douchekop. Na meerdere verzoeken kwam de beheerder/ eigenaar een nieuwe beugel bevestigen. helaas op zo’n manier dat douchekop verticaal stond. Dat verzin je toch niet. Bij gebruik van de douche op de 2e verdieping (douche in bad) staat de gehele bovenverdieping blank. En er ontbreekt raambekleding. Gelukkig zijn de bedden goed.

The photos used for this listing unfortunately are not accurate. The host staged the unit as one would do when a property is for sale, but then removed the items afterwards. We were provided with 4 thin, old and stained towels. 0 wash cloths and a few hand towels. The listing shows beach towels and a dryer available, but they are not. The kitchen included plenty of dishes/utensils, etc. The front patio has a lovely view, but it also has an odor of mold. Upon arrival the lamp beside the bed was partially affixed to the wall and falling off. We were able to fix it ourselves. Linens and pillows shown in the photos are not present in the unit. The futon sofa has been replaced with an older cheaper version. The glass patio table in the photo is a wooden table. The dresser pictured in the master does not exist. The exterior photo is not of this building. Showering in the master bedroom is not possible as the hose sprays everywhere except where it should. There is 15 - 30 seconds of hot water. Even an economy shower was not possible. You can pay 9 euros/day to shower at the swim center across the street. The neighborhood is good and access to the beach is an easy walk through tunnels. Night time can be a little noisy.

Encontramos varias carencias a mejorar, como por ejemplo algunas puertas que cerraban mal y hacían ruido, algunos armarios defectuosos y todos muy pequeños, falta de vajilla completa para 6 personas, ejemplo copas y platos de postre, falta alguna cortina en habitación de matrimonio para evitar entrada de luz, falta de limpieza en algunos componentes de la vajilla y horno bastante sucio y alguna bombilla fallaba.

Apartment exactly as advertised, beautiful. Easy to beach, train and restaurants. Overlooking the beach. Only suggestion use the lounge chairs on front balcony, facing the beach. Managers easy to work with
