"The place is cheap for Hawaii and is an airport hotel, but I somehow expected it to be more upscale because of the Wyndham name. It was a little rundown in some ways (e.g., the elevator was dark and had stripped off flooring). It also charged separately for parking, which was expensive (just a few dollars less than parking at a hotel on Waikiki Beach), and it was sometimes difficult to find a spot. We were traveling as a group of four, and I thought my reservation said it included breakfast, but...

"Everything was clean for the most part. The suite has seen its days there was a black stain towards the end of the sheets. Other than that the stay was comfortable and located next to great foods & convenient stores."

"About the closest thing to the airport you can sleep at. The walk there from the terminal is doable for younger parties, but still a ways off through sketchy underpasses. Shuttle in the morning to the Airport is very real, very clutch, and they start at 4:00am and go every hour. It's an airport hotel, not a resort - tuck into your dozen-story person-shelf and get some rest. Find someplace else if you're planning on staying on the island."

"The front desk staff were wonderful. The only reason why I didn’t give five stars is because of the valet at the front drive way. My brother pulled up to pick me up and before he stopped the car, the man rudely waved him and yelled at him to pull forward. It was surprising and unnecessary."

"Went on our honeymoon in July 2026, before the 4th. Tucked away from most major traffic, not too far from Ala Moana Mall or the beach. Bus stop for the W-line to airport directly outside was very convenient - skip the car rental and rely on the bus if you can spare the time. "Room 1615 had a moldy smell and the staff were notified many times. Coffee cream was old. When put on coffee it becomes lumpy and the coffee tasted bad. Front desk was notified. We did not stay much in the room and if we did we opened the sliding door to let fresh air in. Bathroom smelled better than the sleeping area. We will think twice about staying here again. Most staff was not as friendly. Room 1603 had the same smell problem but not as bad as 1615. My kids were not able to check in at 3pm...

"Location of hotel is excellent. Staff was friendly, but check-in process was disappointing as room wasn’t ready on time. However, in terms of check-out, the hotel wasn’t very forgiving when we checked out a few minutes after 11am which was disappointing given how gracious we were when told our room wasn’t ready even though it was prepaid for in full upfront. "The hotel is very well situated and the view is great. The staff are very friendly and also very helpful. The cleaning was good, but not great (forgetting to check if conditioner was empty, a bug at the elevator). I think its price is high because of the great location (close to the major outdoor mall, the beach); like most of Hawaii catering to tourists, it's expensive (forced valet parking on certain days, the gift shop selling great snacks/drinks but also $145 for a pair of simple shorts)....

"The property was immaculate and the staff very helpful. My room was gorgeous and very clean, and the view was breathtaking. I would definitely come back to this property."
