The two-bedroom apartment is located on peaceful Tuscan hills and is surrounded by twenty hectares of green land. Guests also have access to a shared pool (dimension: 6 x 12 meters; depth:1.40-2.20 meters) with paved solarium and heated shower which is shared by four other residences in the complex. There is an exclusive terrace attached to the apartment with dining and lounging facilities.

Inside, the living room with its classical décor and beamed ceiling creates an inviting ambiance to relax in absolute tranquillity. The space is furnished with an elegant sofa, a dining set and a large flat-screen digital TV. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette as one walks further into the living room. The modern open kitchen has a drip coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a range cooker, a fridge, a toaster, a cooker hob and an electric kettle.

· Please note: Check-in 4/8 pm; Check out 8/10 am. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed.

Larger groups of guests can also rent other residences in the complex: La Badia 1 (ID 4251) for 6 guests, La Badia 2 (ID 4253) and La Badia 3 (ID 4255) for 4 guests.

Location

The apartment can be accessed through a one-kilometer dirt road in good condition. Chianti Classico, where the house is located, is quite popular among tourists for wine tasting tours as it produces one of the best known and appreciated wines in the world.

The house overlooks the beautiful Badia a Passignano, an ancient monastery dating back to the 9th century from the residence. About 12 minutes’ drive from the holiday home is San Casciano, a historically and culturally rich little town full of cafes restaurants, kid-friendly parks, boutique shops, museum and gothic structures. The main attractions of Central Tuscany are also easily accessible.

The house is a perfect base for taking day trips to the historical city of Florence (28km), Sienna (40km), the city of sublime art and sweet almond biscuits, magical San Gimignano (30km), hill towns of Volterra (60km) and Montepulciano (115km) and the scenic Val d’Orcia (110km). The nearest bar and restaurant is merely 5 minutes’ drive from the house. There are also a number of golf courses at a short drive from the residence. Florence Airport is 40 kilometers and Pisa Airport is 82 kilometers from the house.

The pool will be open from the 30th of March to the 31st of October, availability of the pool depends also on the weather conditions.
