"The staff were all courteous, polite and very professional. That is from the security guard up to the concierges. I did have some slight issues with the check in but they were able to resolve the matter responsively. They went above and beyond the service and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to my family members and friends. The stay overall was 10/10!"

"When we first checked into our room, the fridge was not working property. The maganger quickly got us into our next room, with a bit of an upgrade, seamlessly and no additional cost. Both rooms were super clean and had all the amenities you would need to stay. I will definitely be staying here again."

"This booking was just off from the start. My original booking was canceled and I was given the option to stay at Casa Felice. It shouldn't have been a problem, but it was. My information was not given to the front desk staff and security and I was held up for over an hour trying to get into my room, while they reached out to the person in charge of the apartment. This sucked because I had just got done traveling for over 20 hours and dealing with a ridiculous cab driver - I now recommend Grab,...

"Everything was good except the aircon wasn't that strong which made the room kinda warm and uncomfortable. We checked the filter and it was built up with dirt and dust. After cleaning it the aircon finally got the room nice and cold."

"I like the fact that there's a kitchen, and extra rooms for family. The apartment hotel is getting dated. You can hear road noise at night. We had to call and have the sink in the bathroom unclogged. Staff was helpful and friendly. When arriving or leaving the Philippines take a grab, which is like calling for an Uber but a lot cheaper. The hotel shuttle cost twice what a grab costs. There's a little Cafe on the second floor. The food is good and reasonable."

"All staff were very welcoming and very helpful. We stayed in the room with a loft and fit 5 adults just fine. The room had 2 bathrooms which was very helpful. Rica, the hotel front desk, was very helpful. She stayed on top of everything I asked for and made sure it was all taken care of."

"Stayed for a night only, wanting to extend but fully booked instead. The walking distance to MOA and other restaurants nearby makes this stay more worth it. Staff was very kind and helpful! If youre not wanting to walk around as much or at all, i would suggest a different stay. But its definitely worth it. Myself and Rhea would definitely book again when visiting!"
