"I loved the large room! the property was very clean and updated and the breakfasts were out of this world. My only complaint was that there wasn't an elevator to carry our suitcases to the second floor. "

"This is an awesome B&B in a great location, away from all the main crowds of Bar Harbor, but close enough you can walk to everything. The hosts are great and helpful with suggestions of fun things to do and places to eat. I can see why it is always booked out and hard to get a room here. My only criticism, if you are a big guy like me or have a hard time getting around, maybe don't get a room on the third floor, the stairs make it a tight fit getting up there. "The property is rustic but nice. There is a bathroom with shower on 1st and 2nd floor but the water pressure in the house does not sustain use of both at the same time. The main kitchen refrigerator was not working during our stay. There are minifridges on the 2nd and 3rd floor but it would have been nice to have working main floor fridge."
