"Excelente hotel, con unas instalaciones muy buenas y la gente muy amable y profesional. En lo menos positivo (no diria que es algo negativo), deberian de cambiar algo en el menu del restaurante de un dia para otro, o tener un poco mas de variedad."

"Decoration it is just ok for a, five stars. Too much children's in the spa, it is not a relaxing zone. The hotel it is a in the city , but few kilometers from the city center. Breakfast ok, good quality, with a big variety of sweets, and meals, but no natural orange juice. "

"Otele girisimizden son gunumuze kadar guleryuz görduk , otel cok yeni ve odalar cok temizdi. Odalarin dizayni tüm ailemizi bir otel odasinda degilde evimizde konakliyormusuz gibi hissettirdi. Bir daha gelirmiyiz? Kesinlikle geliriz."

"Very convenient location. Room is good size. nice kitchetnette. the woman is not helpful, she wont even give a telephone call to a local cab. The man is shouting in Bulagarian language, if he dont agree with his terms. "Fawlty Towers" Food no i would miss. Breakfast i would give it a miss. should have bought my own food."

"Very nice hotel and near the lifts! We had a wonderful time and our room was big and comfortable!"

"Arrived at the hotel but the man could not locate our reservation albeit we had only booked a few minutes before. He suggested we were at the wrong hotel but then showed us to the room. He wasn’t very friendly! We left the hotel at 8:45am but the reception was closed and nobody around. We called a phone number twice that was on the door but nobody answered so we had to leave the key on a hook on the door!!"

"En general muy Buena estancia. Personal muy amable. Hotel limpio. El unico problema que tuve fue con una lampara del cuarto que no funcionaba y nunca la repararon, a pesar de haber haber solicitado esto 3 veces. Hubo personal de mantenimiento que vino a revisar la lampara, sin embargo nunca solucionaron el problema."
