"Apartment is spacious. All staff are helpful. The whole complex is a house with multiple apartments. Next to white sandy tranquil beach. The area is safe. Aircon very quiet. Kitchen is functional. I slept very well. Good value for money. Feeling the kindness of Gambians was important for me . Good experience overall"

"The rooms are clean, but the swimming pool may be the dirtyest in the Gambia. Beds are comfortable Location is very good, directly at the beautiful Kotu Beach. We didn't try the hotel restaurant or beach bar this year, due to bleak experiences last year. Service at the hotel is ok, but many of the employees seem to not like their jobs very much. Nobody are hostile, but they are not very eager either. We may choose the same hotel again, but probably not. "

"We stayed in a two bedroom villa off the pool. It was so lovely, staff is so helpful and nice. The pool is awesome, especially the pool man."

"There are not enough word to describe my horrendous experience with this establishment. Firstly, upon check my reservation was incorrect and missing. Secondly, some of the staff is great but the manager Omar is a cheat and unethical. I, unfortunately needed to extend my stay due to health issues and had intentions of booking online but was manipulated by him to book with him which he significantly increased the price which was utterly unacceptable and different from online booking. The whole...

"Bien"

"We hada great time at Kasumai. We traveled with our son of 3,5. Good things at Kasumai are: pool area next to nice beach and palm trees, relaxed vibe, touristic but no overload compared to some resorts. Its not fancy but its defenetly good. The area is nice and relaxing and everything works well even though sometimes slow. Bad things might be no elevator, no fancy entrance, but its worth mentioning that it always felt safe and secure. The location is a small stretch away for the tourist center...

"Absolutely wonderful experience at Coco Ocean Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. A special thank you to a staff named Lamin. who, despite being ready to go home late at night, went above and beyond to make sure I had something to eat when I arrived hungry. His kindness and hospitality will never be forgotten. The hotel was clean, the rooms were beautiful, and all the staff were amazing. A special mention to my room attendant, Mr Alpha, who was simply the...
