4th floor - no lift - horrible if you have multiple health issues as I do, definitely would not have booked if I'd known in advance I was going to be on the 4th floor.
Extremely noisy road all through the night, I didn't sleep at all both nights.
The bed was comfortable (but that doesn't matter if the noise keeps you awake!).
Doesn't feel like a hostel. I think people were living there.
I didn't find the staff (1 person at reception I dealt with) friendly at all, didn't give any information at check-in, and couldn't have cared less when I voiced my concern about the room being on the 4th, with no lift.
I've osteoarthritis, asthma and copd and it was horrible getting up the stairs, especially with my luggage, I'm writing this now in extreme pain.
Thankfully it was only 2 nights, I definitely wouldn't come back nor would I recommend staying here.
I stayed in a standard double room, King bed.
Update: They claim they clean the toilets every 3 hours, but they never clean them properly! Initially I thought they didn't have a mop, then I seen it the next day, but it was dry. There were urine stains on the floor of the toilet of the men's on the 4th floor just after I checked in and still there on the 2nd night!! I've taken a few pictures of them. Don't do what I did, walk in with bare feet, otherwise you will get sticky feet!!
Before I noticed they were still there (and so the mop is only used dry, and clearly without any cleaning products!!) I was giving this hostel 5/10, but
