Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats
We arrived in the late evening after a very long flight. We checked easily and went up to our room.
There was a very strong smell of stale urine in the bathroom that was coming from the bath side panel as if someone had urinated on it and it had been left without cleaning.
We reported this to the night receptionist and was asked what time in the morning would we like the room cleaned.
In the morning light we noticed that the small balcony was filthy having numerous cigarette ends on the floor and had not been cleaned for a very long time judging by the thick layer of dust .
We decided to check out and find another hotel.
When we checked out we were offered to change rooms then but we would not get any refund if we checked out.
Our minds were made up and we found another hotel at further expense.
Altogether extremely poor.
