Do not stay here, this property should not be on Stayz. Out of the way, only one access card avai
This property is no good for older people, only one access card available the area is no good for visitors, area is too dark at night. My travel mate ended up falling into an unseen garden bed and breaking his collar bone (2 breaks)
And lacerated ear. 22 stitches.
Sent him to hospital he was there 9 hours in the meantime I had to stay in the apartment for all that time as they do not supply 2 access cards. The worse thing is I suffer from Diabetes and could not leave the apartment to get food as no access card was available.
Medically I suffered during that time as no food available. I contacted the owners who said it was policy not to hand out 2 cards. I had to wash the saucers as the were dirty.
The apartment is not worth the money,
The area is rubbish, right in the highway.
I had to leave the apartment for safety medical reasons and booked into the Pullman Hotel.
Unacceptable apartment.
I request a full refund on this property I booked in on the 4th Feb and then booked into the Pullman on the 5th Feb.
Do not stay here. Owners really did not care that a client ended up in hospital with serious injuries and after explaining my situation and requesting another card they refused with an excuse.
Disgraceful
Do not stay here.
