Booked deluxe room, the shower is no door, open area, when you take shower, the floor is flooding and slippery. Very danger.Also the air conditioner is so noisy. Do not recommend to book deluxe room at 11 floor.

家族3人（中学生の子ども連れ）でお世話になりました。部屋に入った瞬間から、その広さと豪華なインテリアに家族全員で感動しました。バスタブとウォシュレットが完備されているのは日本人にはとても嬉しいポイントです。ホテル内の「レッツ リラックス スパ＆温泉」は日本のスーパー銭湯のような雰囲気で、観光で疲れた体を癒すのに最高でした。バンコクで温泉に入れるとは思っていなかったので、嬉しいサプライズでした。トゥクトゥクの無料送迎でBTSトンロー駅へのアクセスも不便さを感じませんでした。家族旅行に強くおすすめできるホテルです。
