"I nicely put my skin care and cosmetics on the table and took a picture of it before left the room. But once I return to my room in the evening, some of my cosmetics didn't placed in the same position. Even my perfume which I put in the closed box, the box kept opened when I return to the room. Then we never asked for the cleaning service again on the next day."

"Not what i was expecting for $273 USD. The furniture and accessories were cheap or old (apart from a brand new refrigerator). There was construction right next to our room and our view consisted of a few trees, a tired, old, swimming pool some distant mountains and a giant construction site. The room is not regularly used as evidenced by the dusty cabinets, few amenities and a broken jacuzzi tub. The hotel is understaffed and distant. "We stayed at the Siri Hotel for two weeks while exploring the North of Thailand. The staff were excellent, very friendly and attentive and helped us learn some Thai phrases which was great. We enjoyed using the sauna and swimming pool the breakfasts were nice and varied. The reason we gave it 3 stars is because there were a lot of ants in the hotel and our room, the rooms also needed some ventilation to make it less stuffy, but there’s air con. Things like toilet roll were missing from our room...

"The unit has a dining area, the bedroom and the bathroom are large. The big pond by the restaurant adds to the ambiance. Food items they have on menu are cheap but delicious. The owners are very helpful although they can only speak Thai. The only issue is that the location is away from the amenities of the city. "

"The suite was okay. We liked that it was spacious. The mattress was not a very good one. I think a 4-star hotel should have better, more comfortable mattresses. Breakfast was so-so. Not impressive. But the location of the hotel was good. We were situated on the same floor as a teenaged volleyball team so there was a lot of loud talking in the hallway. Despite these annoyances we still thought the hotel was OK but I would probably choose another one next time."

"It's a great choice for us. This area comes alive as evening sets in. Many choices to chose from to eat. Just enjoyed walking around in the evenings and seeing people enjoying themselves. The hotel staff are great friendly and helpful. The room is very good. "

"Checked in Melia Chiang Mai, when we opened the door and entered the room, we could only describe it as "Wow"! The space is spacious and comfortable, and the interior is clean and tidy! The surrounding environment is also quite quiet, and there is a night market nearby, which is very convenient! We dined in the restaurant twice, once at noon and once during happy hour, and the service was very friendly! I believe we will come back to stay again!"
