Checking in was quick and staff helpful. Breakfast ,for additional cost ,was excellent. Wood work in room showing some wear but functional. We plan on returning."

"Couldn't find the shuttle service & no one answers the phone although it says it's a 24 hour service. The hotel appearance is really nice. Staff are welcoming & check-in was quick. Room & bathroom was clean & spacious. Breakfast was ok, staff were helpful & made sure everything was topped up. It's really useful if you've an early flight as they start serving breakfast early. Make sure you book the shuttle to the airport as it gets full."

"The hotel was clean and the floor we were on had just been renovated. Other floors were being renovated so was a bit noisy.
Breakfast was a good buffet although western choice was limited. Catered more for Chinese.
Pool was OK but a bit tired!
Parking the car was easy as multi-storey was part of the building.
Well placed for Central Ladprao and Chatuchak weekend market. Underground station entrance right in front of hotel and Skytrain about 10 min walk."
