"Super freundliches Personal! Egal, ob an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück an der Bar oder im Spa-Bereich. Tolle Anlage mit sehr geräumigen Zimmern und schönem Pool. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, nicht zu weit vom Strand-wenige Minuten- einigen fußläufigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, die auch gut mit Uber bzw Grab zu erreichen sind."

"Loved the the fact that the hotel was five minutes from the airport and beach, free shuttle. Had an issue with the AC in the room, but they quickly gave me another room. Nice staff, very attentive and courteous. Oh, and good selection of food for breakfast between 630am - 1030am."

"Stayed 2 years on the trot and it’s lovely, my only concern now is it seems to be catering for the Muslim community which is fine but this factors in the food for breakfast. The pool was way too warm we asked the pool attendant numerous times to chill it but came on deaf ears. The pool tiles are dated and need change ASAP as they have very sharp edges and could be a problem for young children ( to which there are many at this resort. Overall 2 and a bit resort sorry"

"The room was clean and the taxi service was amazing. All around a wonderful experience and reasonably priced for everything. The only problem we had was the room service despite being 24 hours was extremely rude. They were rude and it was midnight when we ordered, which is understandable but again it was a 24 hour service and better to be at midnight than 2 in the morning. Outside of that issue everything was great."

"Airport pick up was easy, just give them a call. Room was great. No food options nearby, 10-15 min walk. They did have some ramen options/snacks for purchase if you need something quick. Just a place to rest and leave"

"We received a fantastic welcome from the hotel with a champagne and the decoration on the bed that said "welcome back!" after I told the hotel staff we stayed at the same hotel long time ago. We even received an upgrade of the room. Everything was perfect and wonderful - the room, the view, pool side and roof top restaurants. My family had a wonderful stay at this place. The things that need fixing will be the flushing of the toilet and the lock on the door. Will definitely come back again."

"The property is well situated within the Naiyang beach area. Everything is just a short walk away, including the beach. If you would rather spend time at the pool, you can just hang out at one of the pool areas. The food on the property is convenient, however it is a little expensive, which is to be expected when you stay at a hotel like this one. We stayed in a pool view room with a balcony which provided enough space for the two of us. Our time and experience at the hotel was relaxing. The...
