"This was a fantastic place to stay for my quick trip to the city. Only steps away from the BART and an easy walk to the Orpheum Theater. Room was very clean. I read one review the described the decor as spartan. But to me, it felt fresh and uncluttered. High ceilings, white/painted exposed brick, updated bathroom fixtures. I didn’t use the gym or partake in breakfast, so can’t speak to that. I definitely would return-it’s a lovely simple room and an excellent value."

"Have stayed is several of the small and cheap shared bathroom places in San Francisco this was clearly the best maintained and clean. The room was clean and well put together, the bathrooms were clean, and available. No elevator. Parking is the biggest problem. I got lucky on a side street but it is very tricky between Market Sreet having no parking from 2am-4am and most of the side streets being pretty parked up. Great access to BART and Street Cars."

Breakfast was supposed to be included, in fact I paid about $50 each.
