"Apartment was convenient and clean. Worked as a base to sleep while visiting family in the area. The unit has about 5 levels, therefore an abundance of stairs. Host was proactive and responsive. Easy check-in."

"I got a lock box code but no description of where the lock box was or the apartment number. Also no desciption how to park. I called the host when I got there but recieved no call back. I stopped at the bar next door who was nice enough to show me where the 2 locations where lock boxes where but had no lock box number or color and there was many of them. I had to try the code in all the boxes before I got the key. The address was a large building with many doors which were all locked but...

"Read the fine print - windows are optional apparently. While the bed was comfortable and we slept well, apparently there are windowless options with this hotel. Room was clean however the tile floor felt "greasy" almost like there was too much cleaning product used. I am so thankful I packed slippers. Staff were friendly enough - good luck driving to drop off our luggage, it took us 40 mins to find a route that was open. Its best to park at the mall / shopping centre across the river and...

"Wow, we have stayed in places where there a few goodies like coffee, tea, sugar:however, Kim went over the top with supplies such as juice, eggs, cereal. The place is cute, clean, and comfortable. The only reason for not giving 5 across the board is we ran out of hot water in the shower within 2-3 minutes."

"We were met with people who did not identify themselves, just followed us in the main door. There was absolutely no information about the unit, where to put trash, how to operate heating, musty smell in cupboards, the dining table was broken and unusable, tv remote did not work. Area was loud, chaotic and a violent incident involving 3 police cars, 10 police and three men put in hand cuffs, with one broken nose and other injuries, this occurred right on the property from 3 am until 10 am. ...
