Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Beautiful farmhouse

It’s a beautiful farmhouse with modern bathrooms, showers, and kitchen. However, it didn’t look like the lawn had been mowed in three weeks to a month. There’s no way we could play any games outside because of the overgrowth. The willows were blocking even the walkway around the house. There were so many things in the house Broken you couldn’t sit down on a regular chair Because the backs were weak or broken, the toaster worked on one side only there were no pads for the dishwasher. It would’ve been nice to start us out with one. They were dishes in the dishwasher. The dryer was broken, which was very difficult for a tennis team because we had to play tennis every day and we were not able to To dry our clothes The ping-pong paddles were mostly broken. We managed to find two. it was not a Lakeview. It was a swamp view that was covered with mildew. The mildew smell was hard downstairs to play games. The electronic entry didn’t exist. We only had one key which was hard when different people are playing tennis and different times they gave us a code like it was electronic, the entryway to the house on observable and the driveway was blocked and we had to move the cross block and cones just to get in the property was beautiful with all the animals around. It could be a real Haven, but it just wasn’t taken care of except for the upgrades inside the house for the money we paid there was things that were not operable and not acceptable for that kind of money in that area
