"Room is always clean & fresh. Parking is close to rooms . Heating was sufficient for the room & heating in the bathroom is a major bonus & useful ."

"The bed was comfortable, room large comfy chairs. Tv too small for the room, bathroom floor grout very dirty. No table to work from, don’t book if you have trouble with stairs."

Mercure Ballarat Hotel and Convention Centre
"Air con control needed batteries, no soap in bath container. Little bit dated inside but serviceable. Road hump was way too high and cars scrapping underneath as they drove over it. Tried to book dinner and drinks to room but had to pay on purchase which was a little weird."
