"We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this condo in Carolina Beach. Check-in was smooth and easy from start to finish. Having the elevator was especially helpful for my mom, who is in her 80s, and made getting in and out of the condo so much easier.The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay. "Overall the trip was great with an unbeatable location. Quick access to the beach and convenience store literally across the street for any forgotten/last minute needs. Unit is cozy but comfortable and very well kept. Host was very communicative and easy to reach with questions."

"Overall our stay was good. The rental company was very responsive and helpful. They were also able to let us check in a little early. They were very organized and clear on instructions. The condo is very old, the view you see in the one picture is from a tiny side porch that faces the street/another condo. The view from the front porch is staring directly at another condo that blocks the view of the ocean. The condo smelled musty when we walked in. Everything was clean except for the bathrooms...

"We were excited for our first Carolina beach trip , booked this cute apt upon arrival we went to the patio to walk in the apt and there was trash in the patio furniture requested the patio be cleaned off cob webs and leaves everywhere which host was notified and they cleaned it off sometime after 10 am but before 5 pm the next day , went inside to an awful squeal it was the air conditioning I did notify the host they stated was just serviced , I asked for an additional fan which they brought one...

"We booked a last minute trip and stayed at The Dry Dock. Location is great and within a few blocks walking distance of all the great bars and restaurants. Staff was friendly and room was clean. My only complaint would be that the mattress could have been a little firmer. More of a personal preference and not a big issue. Will definitely stay again."
