I thought I was getting one near the airport and ended up clear over by the American embassy in deepest downtown Manila. What I thought I was saving in room cost I'm more than spent in Taxi fees coming and going to the hotel. "The check in was quick. The staff are very courteous and helpful. I like the location as it is close to everything. What is frustrating is when we got into the room was there were no towel at all and bathroom floor mat. The note on the room says u have to call the customer service if u need towel and the like. First time we experience this. Towels should be provided automatically before the guests checks in"

"The Free Buffet Breakfast for hotel guests was from 6-9:30 am. The lunch 12 noon to 2:30pm and dinner buffet are 1/2 price for their hotel guest and their guest. "It’s okay place"

"The air conditioning only works when you're in the room with your room key card inserted into a box on the wall. The room was around 90 degrees F when I went in and, if you leave and remove your card, the air turns off and you come back to a hot room again. I know this is common in the Philippines but that doesn't make it any easier on guests. It also shows that it's on a main street but it's in a back alley. Even the locals told me not to walk the alleys so I assume that means it's not safe....

"We stayed here from 3 nights, at first I was worries not to check in early,We arrived early and luckily there was available room for us, from the staffs helped us with our luggages in the car, checking in, went to our rm assisted by one of their staff, requested addtl towels ( very fast respond ) breakfast was also amazing thou there is not much options but taste was great, our room door broke in the third day it was the battery died called front desk and they responded so quickly. "Their holding so long to checking in amenities terrible swimming pool have to travel next places that takes an hr.on line very nice view with swimming pool but in person is not what you see online its disappointing all my guest was disappointed .never book again amd is not recommended to the other friends and families"
