"we got a room for 3 people. a bed and sofa bed was available. when our daughter opened the sofa bed the bed had not been made, sheets and blanket wadded up in the center. When she moved them, there is poop and popcorn crumbs and a red stain that appears to be blood on the mattress protection cover ..."
