"Roomy. Great location for our purposes. Nice neighborhood. As mentioned in other reviews, this property would benefit from attention to maintenance (both indoor and outdoor.) Be particularly careful of certain floor vent covers (LR and DR) which are not secure and the spikey weeds in the yard."

"Wonderful condo on the “less busy” side of town. Walking distance to restaurants, shops. Ground level access with a garage for car and bikes. Great floor plan and the furnishings were all very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend!!"

"Overall a great place to stay and ski. Would stay there again. One note is cleaning could have been a bit better in the bathroom but overall the place was clean and we truly enjoyed staying in the unit."

"Very convenient location to River Run Gondola. (5 min walk) Everything was near perfect. If I had to be critical I’d say master shower drains slow and laundry closet has the front loader washer smell going on. Besides those minor details I’d definitely come again. Thanks Summit!"

"The condo was great for our family of 5. One of the best places we've styed in Breck. Everything was as advertised. Walked to lift and town each day. Could basically ski off from 4 O'clock run with a short walk. The indoor garage was convenient. Check in process was smooth. Michelle was a great host, friendly and responsive. "This historic home is exactly as described, down to the large list of amenities, sloping floors and enjoyable fire pit, with a nice breeze flowing thru the property. Fun filled with antiques and modern upgrades. Beds and living room are quite comfortable. It’s a nice private location with easy access to Denver, Golden, Red Rocks (our 1st) and many hiking trails. We also ventured out to Nederlands, Boulder and Mount Blue Sky. Options to chill after daily hiking adventures included the private...

"Everything about our stay was wonderful, the reason for our stay was the close proximity to the Red Rocks Amphitheater for a concert and it was perfect for that. The property is off the beaten track just outside the lovely town of Evergreen and it is very tranquil and relaxing. Linda was a lovely host and gave us some great information about the area. I would go there again in a heartbeat."
