"The Wyndham Sanya Bay is a new hotel and it is impressive the moment you enter the property. The Lobby has lots of glass and marble. Staff were wonderful. Many did not speak much English, but each time I spoke to one they told me if they couldn't speak English and immediately found someone who could. We absolutely loved our room. "部屋は綺麗に掃除されていてよかったです。シャワーが壊れていて残念でした。水が出ないわけではなかったのですが、横からかなり漏れていました。朝食は普通でした。果物などもっと美味しいかとおもっていましたが、それほどではなかっだので残念です。立地が主要な観光地より少し離れていてあまりよくないので、ホテルからもう少しほかのところへ出かける手段を提供してほしいです。一日5本ほど近くのビーチに送ってくれる車はありましたが、少ないですし、帰りは自分で帰ってこないといけないのが不便でした。もう少しホテルスタッフに英語が話せる人が欲しい。"
