"The staff was great, the room large for 4 adults. One change would be to add smart tvs as when don't want to go out at the end of a great day at the mountains, watching a movie we choose would have been relaxing. Otherwise, beds were comfortable, fireplace dried wet clothes and the toom. "

Gym has been renovated with all new equipment; pool, hot tubs and sauna area fabulous with bar service. Service level is outstanding. The housekeeping staff are so respectful and ready to help you with anything at all. If you want top level ski resort accommodations, this is it."

"The care and attention of the housekeeping staff was outstanding. The Lodge is perfectly situated for access to shops, dining and transport. The complementary shuttle to the skiing areas was fantastic, a big shout out to the cheery and helpful driver. The kitchenette was a bonus and the ‘log fire’ perfect. "

"The room was clean, the check-in staff were friendly and efficient! The only minor disappointment was that the hot tub wasn’t available (and my understanding is that it hasn’t been available for some time) while the ad did say it was available and it was one of the reasons why we selected this property over other comparable properties that didn’t offer a pool/hot tub. We still enjoyed the stay and the location was great, thank you."
