"The place is old but is kept in good condition. Failure to remove snow and especially dangerous ice buildup around the property made walking very dangerous. Hotel phone system did not work. Room was cold and complaint took 2 days to see response. Guest parking requires phoning a local number to have the gate open to exit, a stupid system for people without roaming mobile phone feature, or worse, with no mobile phone. The place seems to think everyone has a mobile phone. "

"The hotel is ideally situated for exploring Vilnius Old Town and is very handy for the bus and train stations. The room was basic but clean and had a very hot and powerful shower. The towels were soft and fluffy. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and spoke very good English.
