"By far the most imamculate and well-looked after apartment I've ever stayed in. Everything was thought of: there was tea & coffee, fresh towels, blankets, washing up liquid, soap, crockery, cooking utensils. There were instructions for everything, and plenty of tips/ideas, as well as local food menus & recommendations, in the info folder. The beds were extremely comfortable, and there were plenty of sockets throughout the apartment. There were board games, books, and local guidebooks. The...

"I had the best stay here! Sinclair was an amazing host, as well as the rest of the staff st the guesthouse too. I loved the little touch of the cookies and the bottles of water in the room too. Breakfast was tasty too. I would recommend anyone to stay here, I know I’ll be coming back here when I’m next in Ayr. Thank you all at the Lochinver Guesthouse!"

"Great location, walking distance to everything. Spacious studio, modern and clean."

There was a wedding on in the hotel, with music heard thumping in our room until quite late (we’re not killjoys, but it was impossible to sleep and very loud). It would have been good to know this when booking, as we would have looked elsewhere. Called down to ask reception and they were dismissive and a bit rude. Also loud music heard in room in the morning as well."

The place is a ground floor flat in a converted house with a double bed (a very comfy bed), sitting area with a good kitchen and clean bathroom. Will definitely used...

"Flat is very nice inside. Right on the beach. It's a 30 second walk away. Right next to town centre and all the restaurants and pubs. Photos are true to experience. Great stay. Would book again."
