"Room clean, easy parking"

"The room is large with a big tv. The towels are low quality, small, thin, and rough. We asked multiple times for them to clean our room, but it wasn’t done in our three day stay. There is no place to hang towels, so we had to request towels daily. I researched this hotel and found great reviews, but was surprised to discover that I was mislead. If this hotel was better maintained, I think it would’ve been a nice place to stay. The beds were comfortable and the colorful quilts were nice."

"I haven't been to all the bed and breakfast is in Philly.Because I live here. This place is perfect spotless. Antonio runs a tight ship that's fun to be in. Every person there through all the shifts that i've ever been there is awesome. But I still want them to bring back the hot breakfast in the back dining room that lines up with the front door like it used to be before the pandemic. The prices right said bob barker."

"Room was very hot ac kicking on and off was loud and annoying had dust all over our wall and the drywall ledge covering the duct work. Bathroom was clean and bed comfortable Great location and affordable pricing"

"Really the only slightly negative comment would be about the carpets in the room...they need a good cleaning. It would be worth having a professional cleaner come in and tackle blocks of rooms at a time...I didnt feel comfortable walking barefoot in my room. The view from the King Riverview room is incredible...but the room is a little loud from the street. Staff were all amazing...so kind and accommodating. I would definitely return if I needed accommodations in this area again."

"Beautiful building and room. We loved the rooftop deck area—very comfortable and inviting. We were ready to make this our new first-choice hotel in Philadelphia until we opened the sofa bed. It was so, so miserably uncomfortable that our daughter left at 11:00 PM to find other accommodations. Claiming that these rooms “sleep four” is false advertising if the sofa bed has a wafer thin mattress over metal bars. I haven’t seen a foldout this bad in a hotel in decades—who even still makes these?...

"My daughter and I stayed here to Come and experience the history. Little did we know that right across the street was the American Revolution Museum. The historical places are in walking distance! The breakfast was a bonus."

"A five star hotel usually comes with a higher level of service and W fell a bit short. The biggest issue was the pool. You must have a bracelet to enter the pool. Bracelets are free with room and are available at front desk. I should’ve received or have been asked if I required said bracelets. Instead I was unaware and my wife and I went to the pool only to be embarrassed and treated like children. Staff simply said we couldn’t enter without bracelets. Nothing further and no sense of...

"Clean property with helpful staff. The location is fantastic because you are attached to a mall and there is a private entrance to the mall for those in the hotel."
