Climb the stairs to the first level and discover a screened-in porch, a nostalgic harbinger of what you’ll find inside — a wood-beamed ceiling that inspires a camp-like ambiance. Make no mistake though, the completely updated kitchen with all new appliances, granite countertops, and soft-close cabinets is a contemporary delight for prepping meals. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
