Penthouse Ski-In / Out de Townsend Place, Beaver Creek Village

Nuevo propietario, Townsend Place totalmente reformado con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos con 3 camas queen y una suite principal king. Ático en esquina con vistas. Ski-in / Ski-out, estacionamiento cubierto, ascensor, jacuzzi y un corto paseo a la aldea hacen de este condominio ideal para sus vacaciones. Cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. Parrilla de barbacoa de gas en la terraza que mira la bañera de hidromasaje. Casillero de esquí privado en la planta baja (clave incluida) y claves codificadas con menos entradas.

Desde Townsend Place en Beaver Creek, se puede llegar andando al Village para ir de compras, comer y patinar sobre hielo. Para subir a las pistas, simplemente esquía desde el piso hasta el ascensor Elkhorn (Silla 14). Pueblo de esquí a pueblo entre Beaver Creek Village, Bachelor Gulch y Arrowhead Village. Viaje de regreso a Townsend Place cruzando el puente Skier Bridge en la parte inferior de Strawberry Park Express. Si lo prefiere, hay un servicio de transporte que se encuentra al otro lado de la calle desde el condominio y lo lleva al Village. Después de las 6 pm, hay un servicio de puerta a puerta gratuito "Dial-a-Ride" para llevarlo a cualquier lugar dentro de Beaver Creek. Everything about this day was fantastic. The ski-in, ski-out location made it so easy. You’re really could ski within 5 feet of the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were plenty spacious. We cooked at home several nights because the kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed. It was a very easy, short walk to the village; less than 5 minutes. And, communication with the host with seamless. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Family Vacation

Amazing Ski Trip

My friends and I rented this amazing property for 5 days of skiing and absolutely loved it.Joy, the host, was very accommodating. She contacted me well ahead of time with necessary instructions and allowed us to check in early.The property was extremely clean and well appointed. The mattresses, pillows, and linens were very comfortable. The showers were hot and powerful. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities. And the DVD selection was surprisingly killer.We will surely stay here again in the future.

Great location, nice kitchen, nice beds, bedrooms and great showers. Very nice hot tub, short walk to village very convenient. Only downside fireplace not wood burning or gas just electric. The great room struggled to get to 70 degrees had to use two space heaters to help but bedrooms and bathrooms were warm. Host is very nice.

Epic New Years Weekend

This rental property turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Easy ski-in, ski-out. Short and scenic walk to the Beaver Creek Village stores and dining. Clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped condominium was perfect for our family of four plus a friend. Communication with property manager was always timely and relevant. 10 out of 10 review score.

Great property and great location

My family of four stayed here for a summer trip. It was our first time to Beaver Creek and we loved our time here. The property is in a great location. It's a very short walk to restaurants and the center of the ski village. There were multiple summer activities for kids and we enjoyed the hot tub every night. The property had everything we needed during our stay. It's also located right near the ski lifts so we are planning to come back one winter and try out the slopes. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Great unit in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here in July! We were very impressed with all the amenities that were included in the unit. There was also plenty of room for our family of 6. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Plus, it is a super easy walk out the back to Beaver Creek Village. Only recommendation I have is to add a couple of comfortable chairs to the deck. We would definitely recommend this unit to others and would stay here again.

Unit is most comfortable, awesome showers, comfy beds, completely furnished with everything you could need, hundreds of DVD movies, safe parking garage, easy access to BC Village. You will not be disappointed here! We had a lovely week here.

Great Experience and Perfect Location

My family and I had such a great time here at Beaver Creek. The condo was in a perfect location to the village. It was a very easy walk to the village shops and restaurants and easy short ski to Elkhorn lift. The layout and size of the condo was just right for our family. Great mountain vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay in beaver creek at this property. Joy, was a pleasure to work with, and was very accommodating and communicative. The unit was fantastic and just what we needed. Very close to Beaver Creek Village, short, walk, and very close access to all the hiking trails. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect condo if you want to get away to Beavercreek. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Beaver Creek Village- Best Location & value

Exceptional location, well appointed kitchen, very comfy living areas. Great for a family with teens, second floor is theirs and they will love it. Our summer trip was as expected, perfect. Seamless communication with Joy the property owner, everything is as described. Easy walk to the village, love the nature path by the creek. There are picnic areas nested into the trees. The building itself was very quiet, parking was easy and the elevator made luggage transport simple. Beaver Creek is our Colorado paradise and this rental checks all boxes. Highly recommend!

Unnecessary Tension

We agreed to rent the condo with no pets. It’s a great location and a nice condo except we didn’t clearly understand the second floor was accessed only by a narrow spiral staircase. Our friend’s daughter goes to college in Colorado. As planned she joined us. Unbeknownst to me her friend came the next day and brought his service dog (not a pet per VRBO policy). I asked Joy if the dog could stay for one night. She said no. I told the service animal owner the answer was “no.” Unfortunately I was skiing and then found out the service dog was already in the condo; and some damage was done to a door and a carpet upstairs. This was not my intent or plan. The landlord’s texts have been filled with inaccurate accusations and have been extremely emotional and unprofessional. I apologized for the situation and asked her for the cost to fix the damage; for which we are willing to pay. The landlord has suggested she cannot rent the property, which is absurd. She has also said she can’t get contractors to fix the door and carpet until the ski season is over; which will be shortly. So, Ok. Let me know the cost to repair the damage and we will cover it. What I don’t want is to be berated by a landlord who is not following VRBO policy as to service animals (not pets) and who continues to berate me after I acknowledged the damage and agreed to pay the cost to repair said damage.

Super wonderful host and property. True ski in ski out. Walkable to town. Fully stocked kitchen. Tons of movies to watch. Very comfortable for a family of 7. Stay here.
